La casa di città con 3 camere da letto è stata sottoposta a un importante rinnovamento e ristrutturata dentro e fuori nel 2017/2118. Leggero e luminoso! Situato in una posizione molto comoda vicino al villaggio, tempi di percorrenza approssimativi come segue:
3 minuti dal bordo del villaggio / piscina split rock, vasca idromassaggio ecc.
5-10 minuti per le piste / ascensore con la pallina che prende il percorso a seconda dell'età dei tuoi figli
3-5 minuti per le piste / ascensore tagliando il parcheggio bosco / baita
7 minuti a Starbucks / centro del villaggio.
Unità pulita con pavimenti in legno, ripiani in granito, cucina completamente attrezzata, nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui lavastoviglie, cucina, frigorifero. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice in grado di impilare, un camino a gas e due ponti. Ci sono 4 televisori a schermo piatto nell'unità (uno in ogni camera da letto oltre alla camera familiare) e un lettore Blu-ray nel soggiorno. Il complesso dispone di una buca per il fuoco della comunità, ideale per il divertimento in famiglia. Wifi GRATUITO e chiamate interurbane nazionali. Il servizio AT&T è sporadico sulla montagna, tuttavia funziona costantemente nella mia unità.
Originariamente questa unità era composta da 2 camere da letto, tuttavia ha subito un'importante ricostruzione e riconfigurazione con conseguente spazio familiare molto aperto al piano inferiore e 3 camere da letto in alto. La camera da letto frontale ha un letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello, la camera a castello è un sogno per i bambini con un set singolo di letti a castello singoli, e il padrone ha un letto matrimoniale.

Trip was a great success and we loved the properties proximity to the ski slopes. The property accommodated our 8 guests without any issues and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and house for our weekend getaway with our 3 young kids. Short walk to the slopes. Cute house and excellent communication with owners. Overall a great stay and would recommend for your visit to snowshoe.

This was such a nice place for our family. We have rented so many places in Snowshoe but this accomodated us the best. All the kids had their own space and even grandma had her own place and was able to join us. It is very short walk to the Ballhooter lift right throw a small wooded area.

We loved this little ski chalet! Exactly what we were looking for - a place to stay together, within walking distance (thru a parking lot) to the slopes. Had everything we needed. Love the “third bedroom” which is super tiny, but worked with the bunks for our family. Would definitely stay there again! One note, the stairs going up are steep and tight. Grandparents may have an issue going up/down so be aware!

Nice sized condo - 3 bedrooms upstairs (with 1 full bath) and living room/kitchen/dining area downstairs (with 1 full bath). Great location - easy walking (few minutes) to Ballhooter Lift and Snowshoe Village. Clean and quiet. Kitchen was pretty well equipped for what we needed. Host was responsive. Was a great choice for our group of six (adults and teenagers).

This was a great townhouse for our two families. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. It's easily walkable to Ballhooter lift for skiing and to the village for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Snowshoe next winter.

We had a great time. The property was excellent and was exactly like it said. It was everything that we needed. 7 adults stayed and slept comfortably. It was close to the slopes and everything else. I would definitely stay again.

The owners are super helpful, and when we had trouble w/ the fireplace staying lit, they quickly responded with instructions, and then (when that didn't solve the problem) called for a service technician to come out to fix it. This is our 2nd stay in this townhouse. We love the fact that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and also, that it is within a short walk to the slopes. We also love the great fireplace! We have stayed in almost every lodging area at Snowshoe. This has been the nicest. 5 minutes walk to village. Nicely remodeled and crazy clean. Look forward to staying here again.

Condo was in good order and clean. Owners were quick to respond to questions when we had them. We really enjoyed the location: it’s walkable to village and lifts but surrounded by trees so still feels a little bit secluded. Highly recommend.

The condo is nicely located a short walk to the top of the Ballhooter Lift and the rest of the village. The unit is nicely updated, the mattresses were comfortable, and we enjoyed staying there. Would definitely stay here again. The unit next door was unoccupied and we were happily always able to park right in front of the door...so convenient. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, which should be no problem for anyone who can ski/board. But, if you have mobility issues this might be a challenge.

Great break from reality
This place was perfect for our family of 4. short walk to everything, including Starbucks and the corner store. Lift not far either once we navigated the parking lot to walk through. hill near by for the boys to sled between ski sessions!
