We loved this property. It is very well appointed and has the most amazing views of the beach and pool area. We had one problem with the electricity and the property manager and the owner worked hard to resolve the issue. We will certainly recommend it to friends.

Conveniently located in the center of Jaco. The waves at the beach are certainly not for small children but great for surfing. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The pool Was fantastic!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We had a wonderful time,this condo was tastefully decorated. Very clean, not mention it was stocked with everything you could ever need from straw hats to a kitchen that a chef would be proud to cook in. The best shower I have ever had. Water pressure and temperature perfect. The view was breath taking.couldnt get enough of that. The locals we're all very sweet and helpful, love how close the shopping is. Thanks so much for memories!

The condo is amazing. Our family of 6 enjoyed the condo for a week. They had everything we needed and were available for questions and suggestions. We brought in a chef they recommended to cook us dinner one night. It was great and the location was perfect.

We had an outstanding stay at this location and could not have asked for more. It’s a beautiful place that is steps from the pool and has sweeping views of the beach, which is great for watching surfers, horseback riding and sunsets.

Amazing beachfront condo. The unit is very well equipped. We were six adults and very comfortable with all the space. The kitchen has everything you need and there is also plenty of beach equipment. We will definitely book with Lars again.

We loved our stay at Jaco Beach for many reasons and this condo was high on the list of why. This is really one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Exactly as pictured, completely outfitted kitchen, super comfortable beds (makes such a difference), fluffy robes and shampoo/soap/conditioner provided. The layout worked perfectly for us with 3 master suites and plenty of common space. The location is right next to the pool and steps to the ocean. We walked into Jaco for many amazing dinners and there was a grocery a few blocks away. Thanks to Lars for providing quality lodging and being a great, communicative host!!

We stayed in this beachfront condo on our first week of stay in Costa Rica. This place is absolutely stunning! I HIGHLY recommend this condo if you are visiting Jaco. We'll stay in this place again! First, the location is PERFECT! The condo is located right in the main town of Jaco. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bars, souvenir stores - everything you can think of. There is a Maxi Pali (it's kind of like Walmart) less than a mile, which we did a lot of our grocery shopping. We rented our own car so we can easily drive there if we need food and snacks. Second, check in is very easy. The security guard in the parking lot will check you in. We felt safe in this condo because there is a security guard right in the main entrance and in the gated pool area. Third, this place is very clean and it has all the amenities you need (especially if you are someone that loves to cook). The kitchen is packed of all kinds of gadgets! The Breville expresso machine was our favorite :) The beds are comfortable. There's enough towels and beach towels in every room. Fourth, everyone in this place is very friendly. The security guard in the pool area is super nice. Jose, the condo manager, introduced himself to welcome us in our first day. Also, we booked an in-home massage for an entire afternoon - it was the best massage ever! If you are wanting to schedule a massage in the condo, you just need to notify Lars and Vera at least a day in advance so they can let the the security guard know. Lastly, the view in this beachfront condo is stunning! We enjoyed watching the sunset every night. During the day, you can watch the ocean from the 2 outside patios. Every morning (around 6AM-7AM), we are greeted with the iguanas sunbathing under the morning sun right outside the front patio. One more thing, we did a 1-hour horse ride with Esteban. He usually parks his horses under the coconut trees in the beach. I recommend doing that if you're staying in this condo... It is best to do it early in the morning or right before sunset because he will take you to see the Scarlet Macaws, monkeys, & sloth that are feeding right by the forest close to the beach. It was a great experience! Lars and Vera, we want to thank you again for your accommodation! This is definitely one of the BEST vacation we ever had. We look forward staying in your condo again! And I will highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Jaco.

We were travelling with friends in Costa Rica, and decided to stay for a week in this truly beautiful condo, right on the beach!! We had rented a car in San Jose, and had been staying in another rental property prior to arriving at this location. We were extremely happy to find a secured parking area, and beautifully maintained grounds and pool area. The condo was itself was immaculate!! The owners of this property have truly thought of everything. You have a gourmet kitchen right at your fingertips, and plenty of space to spread out. With multiple outdoor seating areas, you can definitely find time relax and enjoy your surroundings, especially if you want some down time. This condo literally has everything you need, and you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Jaco. I personally would love to come back, and bring the kids and grandkids along. The place was just perfect!! Thank you Lars and Vera!! I was extremely very pleased with my choice to stay at your property, and thank you also for your prompt responses to my questions. On a side note, if you stay in Jaco, you really don't need a car. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and groceries are just a block away!! Pura Vida!!

This is an absolutely great condo on Jaco Beach. Lars and Vera are super hosts and they have set this condo up with everything I think you could possibly need! Starting with its location within Diamante Del Sol, it's a perfect ground floor condo that allows some privacy from the pool on the front balcony with great oceanfront views. From the pool side, you can sit on your own patio and enjoy the pool view and the ocean view. Being literally a few steps from the pool made it so nice to lounge on the patio and take a swim to cool off. The condo seemed to be equipped with everything! There was plenty of beach gear, towels etc...but the best part was the kitchen, it is stocked with so many kitchen items from the coffee/espresso makers to panini press, juice presses, blenders....the list goes on and on. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well appointed with decorations throughout. The location and proximity of Diamante Del Sol to the main strip was great too. We had rented a vehicle since we were traveling to other areas but at this condo that really isn't necessary at all. One block away is the main strip with grocery stores, shops and restaurants....you can easily walk to everything. We would highly recommend this condo for your next trip and we will certainly be staying here when we return to Jaco!

Loved our stay in Jaco. The condo is perfectly situated on a corner, easy access to beach and pool. The unit has everything you could need or want for a vacation away from home. We were able to make great meals or go out because the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances. My husband now wants to get a Bellisimo expresso maker because we enjoyed this every morning with our walks on the beach. My son’s first expression in seeing the pool is that it’s a “legit pool!” Lars, the owner was very responsive to any questions. Helpful as well. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. In fact, we already have. Thanks again for all the great memories.

This condo has got to be the best condo of the best property in Jaco. Impeccable maintenance and security, fully equipped ! Our kids especially enjoyed the boggy boards ! The fact this condo is on the ground floor really made it perfect for family like ours with young children for easy access to the pool and the beach. It also has the best all-around view i believe. Also, walking distance to grocery, shops and restaurants made it great ! The only thing we were slightly disappointed about - and it has nothing to do with the condo or the owners.. - is the fact the beach is quite rocky and has quite a bit of debris. Really needed beach shoes to make it enjoyable.. Also, because the property is on the north end of Jaco, close to where a river meets the sea, i wasn't really possible to take long walks on the beach. The owners responded quickly to any inquiry / email we sent ! Overall, i would certainly rent again this unit if I was to go back to Jaco ! It is awesome !

All I can say is WOW! The pictures don't do it justice. Absolutely top of the line everything. Location was perfect. First floor but still high enough over the beach that people walking by were not intrusive. Walking out onto the balcony then right to the pool was great. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to be a little spoiled in luxury.

We brought our adult kids and their partners. There were 3 king beds with terraces. The condo had everything necessary for a good time at the beach and pool. No problems whatsoever!

The owner called us on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in a perfect location, right in the beach in the middle of town. We were able to walk everywhere from there. The unit was the best location in the building too with a porch that was right at the pool and the beach. Inside has everything you need with top quality appliances, including the best cappuccino maker you can buy. They also had good quality boogie boards and we were able to ride huge waves right out in front of the room. Great trip all around.

I could not have been more impressed with this property. It was well appointed, kitchen was very well suited for any cooking we may have wanted. The location was fantastic. The pool and view were like a postcard. Sitting out on the porch just soaking it in was on of our favorites. 10 out of 10 for sure.

The condo was fantastic and in excellent condition with everything we needed. The views were SPECTACULAR! The location was right near town so we could walk there to shop or visit the restaurants nightly. Our entire family had a blast. There were many day or half day excursions - something for everyone in this beautiful location!!!

We had the best time in Jaco and are so happy we chose this condo. It's spacious, comfortable, and so well appointed! Lars’ place has everything you need for a wonderful and comfortable stay. The kitchen has every gadget and utensil you could ever need to cook gourmet meals and I can't say enough good things about the Breville coffee maker. It was such a treat to enjoy amazing coffee on the patio every morning while watching the waves crash on the beach. Pure bliss! The complex itself is very well maintained and having 24-hour security made us feel so safe. You don't need a car to get around Jaco because of the wonderful location of the condo. Everything you need is within a 15 minute walk (many things much closer than that). We enjoyed going next door to the Jaco Beach Hotel for an afternoon cocktail and snack. Lars was very responsive when we had questions. Absolutely zero complaints! Also, take his advice of hiring Juan Carlos if you need a driver. He was fantastic and provided us with lots of good information. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked a trip back already!

We wanted to get to know Jaco Beach so we stayed in Lars and Vrea's BEAUTIFUL accommodating condo for a few days. I wish we had stayed there the entire time based on the convenient location — incredible, quality amenities — the wonderful pool, right on the beach; it was genuinely the perfect way to get to know the city. The condo is centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and groceries so we made beautiful meals in the kitchen as well as exploring the local cuisine as well. Espresso maker, pool supplies, cookware, everything and more that you could need! I'm telling everyone I know to spend time here and we will definitely be back.

This condo was very nice and clean and well furnished. Very convenient to step out to pool and beach. We thought it had a restaurant and bar but it didn’t so it was a little disappointing but the views were beautiful!! Very friendly host.

We were 2 couples who travel yearly to Costa Rica - this was our first Condo stay. WOW - we were not disappointed!! The interior was beautiful- we wanted for nothing. Very well appointed. Lars was an absolute gem to meet and work with leading up to our trip. He answered everything quickly and was so nice to deal with. The location of the condo was perfect - nestled right in the sand and so close (walking distance) to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. We couldn’t have had a better first experience in a condo.
