للامانه هذي ثاني مره اسكن فيه ،، العاميلين ودودين وخدمتهم سريعه وتعامل مع الزائر راقي،، وخاصه تعامل الموظف منصور راقي ومهذب وخدوم،، بالنسبه للغرف نظيفه النوم فيها مريح مافيه اي ازعاج ورائحه الممرات والغرف جميله يدل ع نظافه المكان والعاملين فيه✋🏻

تقريباً كل شي،
السرير غير مريح.
تم توفير منشفه صغيرة ( عند الطلب : تم تعويضها ب سجاد حمام)
لا يوجد سليبرز ( وجدنا أحذيه بلاستيك متهالكه و مستخدمه، اعتذر الموظف منا لعدم وجود سليبرز)

Mr. Rajib. You are amazing. Your quick thinking made it possible for me and my wife to quickly get inside the room. The room which I booked was not clean or not available. So he quickly discussed with receptionist and offered me another room, so that I can rest. Amazing.. Hotel management should promote you as TRAINER, who can teach HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT to other staff.
The picture is of WRONG BUILDING. please update and correct the picture. This is Elite alhamra Al andalus, while picture is of AL CORNICHE!!!
The Saudi female staff made sure that we stay in the reception for 1 and half hours.
I'm sorry, but why are Saudi staff so INCOMPETENT? Slow to act and slow to think?? Who hires them? Why can't management train the Saudi staff to act as HOTEL RECEPTIONIST and STOP ACTING like immigration officer or some SULTAN!!
Location is NOT GREAT. Very isolated. All nice eating places are 10 mins walk away. Only Indian restaurants are close by.

The location was nice and easy access for hunger station. Nice restaurants nearby. The employees were exceptionally nice and smiling at all times.
They don’t have room service. Housekeeping didn’t have extra towels. No toiletries other than shower gel and a bar of soap. There’s no designated parking for the hotel. Area has a lot of construction and we even saw a big fat rat running around in front.

السعر غالي وتفاصيل صغير لكنها مزعجه مثل عند فتح باب الخزانه تظهر صوت مزعج وايضا نفس الكلام على باب الشقة وباب دورة المياه والاضاءة مزعجه

the place was in a very nice area and easy access to the city, close to a lot of shopping malls. and also some good restaurants around the hotel , I'll recommend the hotel for short stay
