La ubicación excelente, la habitación confortable.

El aire acondicionado le faltaba un poco de capacidad para enfriar por completo la habitación, teniendo en cuenta lo grande que era, se sentía que estaba funcionando bien, era más por capacidad al espacio.

I liked that it was near to the down town .

I didn’t like that there were no windows to look outside. In the morning we couldn’t know if it was day or night .

The hotel was just what we were looking for: a place that helps you to move around the island and that has what is needed if you only went to sleep. It is not a place were you want to stay the whole day and in our case it was perfect because we spent the whole time outside the hotel. Staff was really nice and helpfull. They let us in and pay later at night, kept our bagagges when we went to Providencia for one night, woke up early to take our flights in time and kept always taxi waiting for us without even asking! Attention was really amazing!

I found there was no hot water (maybe I missed out in the room description) but it wasnt a big deal since there was nice wheather and the water jet was dull.

Very clean, the changed the towels every day. Very friendly staff and good location.

Wifi worked like at 10% in the room, sometimes had to go outside the room to have internet.
