The view - it was great to sit on the balcony with a drink and just watch the beautiful Loire roll by. The apartment w s small but had been arranged very thoughtfully to give maximum use of the space. Decor was good, with a range of textures on the floor and for wall coverings. Very convenient to wander into the city centre. Parking was easy.

There was a parking space but negotiating the tight car park wasn't easy in a mid size car. The apartment was clean, the balcony and safety panels could have been cleaner.

It was in a lovely place overlooking the river. Quite & well equipped.

No proper chairs to sit on.

We were more than happy with our stay. This was great value for money and we found ourselves enjoying the view of the Loire river every night. We were able to find everything we needed in the apartment, including swimming towels.

It has to be noted that some visitors might be bothered by the road nearby, but we found that it didn't bother us at all. The apartment needs some TLC, for example, the wooden pieces on the balcony wall had severe damage with bits of the wall lying on the ground. The toilet needs a real door and the balcony needs comfortable chairs.
