We always love our stay with this exceptional host.
The home is comfortable and has anything you could possibly need. We have stayed at two of her properties and they’re fantastic! Animals welcomed and a great golf car provided. Her kindness and hospitality is why I will keep renting and telling our friends and family about her properties.

We stayed in February 2024 and had a great stay. This is a very comfortable house with everything you need for a visit to the Villages. We used the golf cart to go to the pool, shopping and to the squares in the evenings. Bed and furniture were comfortable. We used the gas grill for dinner one evening. Nice quiet neighborhood. This is the second house we have rented from this owner and we highly recommend her!

This in my opinion was the best location to explore The Villages. This location allows you to go north or south in the villages!!! Definitely we be looking to rent again next year!!!

We have been using VRBO since its infancy in the mid 90's.
You can tell immediately when an owner has their "act together."
Never spoke directly to Joni, not because we're unfriendly but BECAUSE WE NEVER NEEDED TO!
House is beautifully decorated and as well-supplied as any we have rented.
Everything was in good working order and we enjoyed the flexibility of the golf cart at our disposal.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and clean home. This is one of the nicest VRBO homes we have rented and we would definitely stay again. It included a golf cart which we didn't get to use since our friends picked us up every day and took us places. We had so much fun discovering The Villages. We can't wait to go back.

Great Place-Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at the Mutterhaus. The house was beautifully decorated with all updated appliances. The location was great for getting to the squares, restaurants and shops. Joni does a great job of keeping the house in great condition. We enjoyed meeting and talking to many of the residents in the Villages. Everyone made us feel welcomed. Will be looking to return in 2023 & plan on possibly moving there in a couple of years.

Delightful Two-Week Stay
This property is exceptional. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is fully stocked and impeccably clean and we were so comfortable from the first moment. We lacked for nothing. The decor is charming. The host Joni gave us her personal golf cart when we had a slight problem with the one provided and she handled our requests promptly and graciously. The central location is convenient to all amenities and is very close to Lake Sumpter Landing where shops and restaurants surround a lovely town square. We would definitely rent this lovely home again. Thank you Joni!

Beautiful and well maintained
We stayed for two weeks and it was perfect. Joni is a great communicator and provides a book with instructions for smooth navigation. Highly recommend staying here.

Exploring The Villages
We rented this beautiful, spacious and well appointed home for almost a month in the late spring. We had a golf cart at our disposal, big kitchen for cooking, washer/dryer and an office space for the few days I needed to work. It’s a comfortable house and 15min golf cart ride to Sumpter Landing for the daily entertainment.

The house was immaculate. It was fully stocked with everything you would have in your own home.
It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bonus is the use of a golf cart which is a must when staying at the villages. Correspondence with
the owner prior to our stay was great. We would
definitely book this home again.

Home Away from Home
Our stay was perfect from check-in to check-out!! The location was convenient, house was immaculate & well-stocked with everything you need (incl spices). The beds and common seating areas were comfortable and furnished with quality furniture! The golf carts were a bonus although we didn’t use them very often. We look forward to staying here again!!

Clean house, great location
This is our second time staying at Mutterhaus and we enjoyed it all. The owner provides great service and is easy to contact in case of questions or issues. The house is immaculate, and located close to everything. The golf car is a nice bonus.

Beautiful Home
This is a great home. Really nice furnishings throughout the house. The home is well equipped with dishes and cook wear. We have plenty of supplies in the kitchen including spices. Paper products were also there. Bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and plenty of extra pillows, sheets and blankets. A golf cart was included, which my son loved riding around.

Super place!!
The place is exactly as described and hostess is fabulous. When I asked about a baby equipment rental place “suddenly” the house had a port-a-crib, swing and high chair. Just what we. Needed!! Thank you Joni!!! Wonderful place in a convenient location. I highly recommend thiis location!

We loved our stay at The Villages. The Mutterhouse was gorgeous. Enjoyed meeting Joni owner. Our 26 year old son enjoyed his stay there also.

Amazing!!
What a beautiful functional house. We normally stay in Orlando but needed to be in lake county for family event. So glad we choose Joni’s house. It was so clean and had more then enough of the essentials to last us our whole stay. She was so quick in answering all our needs and very accommodating. Definitely choose this house!!! The golf cart was such a hit. We went to get ice cream every night.

Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was beautiful. Morning walks were enjoyable. Pool was short golf cart ride away. There was nothing more we could ask for. I highly recommend this rental

Best Place to Stay
Joni was awesome! I asked if there was a drip coffee maker in addition to the pod coffee maker , she said no, but then bought one for us. The Golf car had mechanical problems and she swapped it out for her new personal golf car!
Last but not least we could not get the charcoal grill to work......she had Lowes deliver a new gas grill completely assembled.
Great location for checking out life in the villages.....we had so much fun we bought a house!

Very clean and great location
The house was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The master bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were nice and thick. Convenient central location close to Lake Sumter and many golf courses. Overall great property and highly recommended.
