Renovated, 2 + BR+Den/2 Bath Condo/Gulf View, R202 GREAT REVIEWS/Sundial East
Questa unità è un condominio sensazionale a Sundial East. Ristrutturato con gusto con decorazioni da spiaggia, questa camera da letto più 2 ha una tana che si chiude come terza camera per la privacy. Il livello principale ha oltre 1.500 mq di superficie abitabile, quindi non ci si sente angusti come nella maggior parte delle unità più piccole. Un letto a castello, un favorito per i bambini, nella seconda camera ha due letti singoli e un letto completo. Una grande linea con meravigliose viste sul golfo. L'unità è dotata di handicap e valutabile. Una scala a chiocciola conduce alla propria cabina privata che offre un facile accesso alla piscina e alla spiaggia. Cucina recentemente ristrutturata con nuovi ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e completamente attrezzata con quasi tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti gourmet a casa. I bagni recentemente rinnovati hanno ripiani in granito e pavimenti piastrellati. Dotato di tende e persiane per tutta la privacy. Nuovi televisori a schermo piatto in ogni stanza. Nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle nel soggiorno e cucina più una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità. Ampia camera matrimoniale con vista pittoresca sul laghetto e sui giardini. Questa unità ha anche un gioco Pak'n'play per il bambino che puoi portare e un seggiolone da tavolo. Chiamate interurbane illimitate verso gli Stati Uniti e il Canada continentali!

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel! Despite an oncoming hurricane the weather was perfect….. sunny and warm. Just what we wanted. The condo was very nice and clean. Lots of room for the four of us. The owner had lots of beach stuff (chairs, toys, noodles, etc.).

I’ve visited Sanibel 5x, each time staying in a different location. This property, by far, exceeds all other condos. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. They had starter supplies (trash bags, paper towels, towel paper, soap, hand sanitizer) and several other items in the bathrooms like razors, lotion, body wash. As well as items on the counter (sun screen, bug spray, after sun aloe). It was like give a penny/take a penny system. I used a few baggies but left the remainder of my bottled water and aloe for others to use. The master bedroom is HUGE! The bathrooms are nice size for a condo and the living room / dining room were open to each other with an additional sitting area that transforms to an additional bedroom (it had a pocket door). There is a screened in balcony and a patio below (also screened in - with a spiral staircase leading to it). There is a storage room filled with anything you could need to take to the beach. We used the wagon, chairs but there was plenty of everything. The owner, Peter, was easy to make contact with and he answered all my questions about the amenities the condo had.
The condo also had little extras I appreciated like night lights in the bathrooms and an ICEMAKER!!
It is very clear Peter takes great care of his place and maintaining it. So if you would like to stay here too, consider the people you’re bringing. I will definitely be back.

Great Property Steps from the beach
This property had exactly what we were looking for and was steps from the beach. Peter (the property owner) was fantastic, very attentive and provides so many more things than most properties, condiments, dish washer pods, sponges etc. We didn't need to use them bc we brought our own but there were kids toys, beach umbrellas, chairs etc for use. Will definitely be staying here again during our next summer vacation.

Large and lovely well appointed space!
The only drawback is the signs posted throughout the unit warning of breakage value; you break you pay and with a price of X. It made us feel uncomfortable. Otherwise we would definitely rent again!

Overall great experience! Everything was fantastic. Location, access to the beach, rooms/beds comfortable and apartment was clean! Excellent Vacation Rental
We love Sanibel and we loved staying in this VRBO. It is exactly as explained/detailed. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Peter was excellent to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we had and kept us very informed. Many amenities that you would not have normally if just renting from the resort. We loved the extras for the beach (umbrella, sand toys, wagon) that we did not have to rent additionally. We love Sanibel and this was the perfect place for us!

Peter is a fantastic host! We travelled with our two young children and enjoyed our time in his unit. We loved the easy access to beach and pool. He is so thoughtful and has so many things for his guests to use - beach toys/chairs, lots of kitchenware, high chair/pack n play, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Sanibel Vacation
Great beachfront location. Has a nice pool to hang out at when the kids got tired of hanging at the beach. The pool was never crowded which was nice. Close enough to the beach to walk back for lunch or if you forgot something without it being a hassle. Property itself is nice and provides many amenities that you would need for a family stay (coolers, beach wagon, beach toys, umbrella, etc). The property is also located pretty close to grocery stores and restaurants on the island which made it very convenient to grab essentials or take-out. Would definitely rent this property again!

Lovely stay for our family
Very well kept condo with an exceptional location very close to the pool and a boardwalk to an amazing beach. Condo was clean and had absolutely everything we needed to make for a lovely stay. Master suite is huge, 2nd bedroom is perfect for children/young adults. The bonus 'family room' would have also made another great sleeping quarters (pull out couch) but we had so much room with the two bedrooms we didn't even need it. Plenty of beach toys, very nice beach chairs, beach cart to haul it all, beach umbrella available. Host was/is very responsive but to be honest, he had everything in such amazing order we didn't have a single question or need of him once we arrived. Condo is very well stocked so go to the condo before heading to the local grocer as he truly has a lot of amenities that you don't need to buy on the way to the condo. We would by all means stay here again and appreciate the well thought out rooms, cleanliness and convenience of this location.

Great location and a very nice unit. We love Sundial for it’s laid back charm and easy beach/pool access. Very convenient to have the lanai at the ground level for bikes, golf clubs, chairs, beach toys, etc. Thanks Peter for a great stay. We’ll be back next year!

Well done rental
Great location in Sanibel and very convenient with kids getting back and forth to beach and pool. The ground level screened in porch was perfect for storing beach and swimming gear. Initially was disappointed to not be part of the Sundial resort, but after visiting we were very happy to not be connected to the resort. It was a much crazier atmospehere, whereas Sundial East was much more laid back. We still went over a couple times for lunch/dinner/drinks which was no issue at all.
Overeall loved the condo and fit our family of six perfectly. Hope to make it back sometime.

Lovely fountain and pond
We enjoyed the spacious condo, within doable distance to stores and restaurants, even with bicycles. Loved the view of the pond and just a bit of the beach along with the restful sound of the fountain.

Sundial’s Best
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room and everything needed for any length stay. The owner thought of everything and provided many little extras that make a vacation so memorable. It has a very well equipped kitchen with quality cookware and utensils. The amenities just go on and on. We will be back.

Good for younger kids
Spent a short week and had a great experience. The only complaint is that not all of the amenities offered by Sundial are available to guests of Sundial East (ie larger pool, bikes, etc). The condo was really well outfitted with beach gear which made it easy for us to maximize our time on the beach.

Great stay with my wife and two sons. What can we say about Sanibel? Perfect weather, swimming, fishing and sightseeing all day. Room was clean and spacious. Great A/C and well stocked kitchen. The owner is responsive and friendly. A 10/10 visit. Would love to return!

Amazing location, lovely host! The place has a bit of rental wear and tear and so many personal possessions that seemed uncomfortable. Not the ones needed like TP and paper towels. Had to run to the store for.that.
