the employees, clean and no pest

cockroaches and large amounts of water leaking allow over tile floor make it slippery like ice. I use walker and have mobility problems. if I fall I can injure myself bad or die. it was very warm in the apartment. They had provided a fan unit, probably to the prior guest. They knew about these problems before they checked me in. They sent someone in on the 28 July to spray for roaches and the problem got worst. check out on the 29 July as scheduled.

we could not sleep at all! We were on the 2nd floor and it was extremely noisy. The price is low but does not help if you cannot sleep.

Stayed here short notice on Good Friday , an extremely busy weekend for Medellin, the staff were super helpful and obliging , the room was clean and spacious , there was hot water for a shower and air conditioning! the staff were the best!

I found it very far from the tourist area, not the safest location for tourists in my opinion

Room was nice for the cost! Nice restaurant at the hotel. Short car ride to Poblado.

The check in experience was awful. First time I have waited an hour and a half to check in. I understand that the hotel had an issue with Booking.com, but when I checked out I felt the staff crossed the line. The person who checked us out was not friendly and said I only paid for 1 night, not 2. I told her I paid for both nights and don’t owe more money. She said no. I had to show her I paid the full amount on my bank transactions! If you stay here, make sure you don’t follow this and pay more than you have to. Also the shower pressure was too strong in our room. And the hotel is not located in the best area, but it is close to Poblado.

Clean hotel with a very helpful staff, even when they are busy, they find a way to help everyone.

Shower head could improve, but everything else worked perfectly.
