We had plenty of room and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen had lots of utensils, plates, pot and pans for cooking, large closets with many hangers, comfortable beds, a golf cart for running around The Villages and a great location. We really had a nice time.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We figured out we were in the middle of 2 squares so we went to both at different times.
I think if they had some kind of sign in book for people to say what they liked it would help. Also, some list that says to use Google Maps in bicycle mode and it gets all the cart trails. Luckily someone we spoke to in the first day told us so we were able to start to figure out where we were and where to go.
But once we figured it out, we love the Villages! We want to come back again and will check if this house is available first!
The house had comfortable beds, all the kitchen stuff you need, and most items to get you started.

We did have a question right when we got there and both the owner and the manager replied quickly so it was perfect as well!

The bedding needs updating because it is really old and worn out. Walked in the place was outdated which is fine but went to bedrooms and bedding was old and ratty looking and I didn't want to stay there. I just continued to stay at my brother's place. My advise is get new cotton sheets and bedspreads.
I hate to give bad reviews but with small updates like new linens it would be fine to stay there. the place was super close to my mother's home so it would have been convenient. I gave 3 stars for check-in because I didn't get the door code on first day of original reservation, so I didn't stay the first night. I wanted to add a couple of days before my 3 day and manager said ok and when I showed up there was someone there and I disturbed them. The rental price is good so a bargan but still needs updates on bedding. This place was 3 minute drive from my mom but drove 25 minutes and stayed at my brothers place. I paid all the money for the rental but was refunded the cleaning fee.

Clean and comfortable
Easy communication with property manager, Mike via text. Clean property with easy check-in directions. Golf cart if you want to use it (we didn't). Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Keurig didn't work but there was a full pot coffee maker in pantry, so not a major problem. Very pleased with our stay.

Has to be the best deal in the Villages
Nice 2 bedroom villa with golf cart. Located in a nice neighborhood. All the amenities you might need. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Has keurig coffee maker in case you want to bring your favorite pod coffee. Stop by one of the stores for any food or snacks you might want.
Only minor critiques are that the master bedroom bed is a bit squeaky and would like to have more TV channels but we were rarely there since there is so many things to do in the Villages.
Would happily stay here again.

Have wanted to check out The Villages for several years. The place met our expectations. Neighbors were friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the area. Great area to stay and get to the attractions.

Great well equipped home VRBO
Everything was nice. Better vacuuming would eliminate the criticism. My daughter and her children stayed at the home. She is a warehouse manager in Wilmington, NC, and also a VRBO house cleaner on weekends.

Family celebration
The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Great price for this rental. Cable box for bedroom tv did not work. The owner called me and tried to get it repaired. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Had a wonderful stay!

House was great and very well equipped. The location was great and amenities were top notch. House and amenities were incredible for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Great price, great location, awesome cart to use while there, check in easy and nice size for small family.
Concerns: the livingroom furniture (couches) need updated; my son went to look under the cushion and we found smoked cigarette butts and it was dirty, we found a dirty wash cloth, someone elses hair in the shower drain in left bedroom, and the small kitchen table where place mats are were observed being dirty/not wiped off. Cleaning company needs to be fired.

Only suggestion would be To replace the sheets in the spare bedroom they were balled Perhaps from age and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a very nice stay thank you very much we would like to come back again sometime!

This was perfect for all of our needs! Lots of space and very clean. Close to sumter landing town square. I felt safe in the house and relaxed! Owner and manager are great people.

Overall it was fine for what we needed. But I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the villa. Bugs on the floor, past guests tolietries were in the shower, trash left in the gargage in bags, dirt on the floors.

Relaxing Short Stay
Everything was great - The only piece I would like to see improved upon is having the guest passes available upon arrival so we could use the amenities. With only being there 2 days we wasted a whole day not being able to use the pools.

Comfortable, nice property as described
Comfortable property that had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, coffee and staples along with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Check in and out was easy. The only issue with check-in was that we didn't know the security gate code but then we discovered while waiting for it that it didn't require a code. Once we got to the property everything else was easy. The house was generally clean. The issue there was some hair in the bathroom floors. There were also empty travel bottles of personal care items left in the shower. My suggestion for this would be to get rid of the throw rugs in the bathrooms and replace them with bath mats that would be laundered with the towels since those rugs make the bathroom floors hard to rid of hair. Beds were just OK. We found the master bed to be very firm and the mattress pad made a crinkle sound when anyone moved. Overall the house worked great for us and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottles of water and snacks left for us. It was also great to have filtered water for the house. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, Cozy and Spacious
This is a nice home. The furniture and décor is like that of grandma and grandpa's house but that is part of the charm and makes it feel warm and cozy. It is clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Owner David Belfatti is an excellent, generous, considerate host. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The map of The Villages showed the routes for the golf carts. Furnishings were clean, comfortable, and in good taste. The information notebook was helpful and contained very interesting details about The Villages. We hope to rent this Villa again.

Long weekend at the villages
The home was very clean and nicely furnished. They supplied everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's very convenient. It was 3 minutes from the St Charles pool.
