Top Floor, Direct Ocean View 2BR in Ocean One Complex, Ocean One 517
Questo condominio all'ultimo piano (Unità 517) nell'incantevole complesso Ocean One ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano dal soggiorno e dai balconi della camera da letto principale. È stato completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato nell'inverno 2010-2011 per dargli la sensazione di un lussuoso cottage sulla spiaggia con vista sull'attico. Abbiamo abbattuto le pareti della cucina per renderlo spazioso e aperto e abbiamo installato nuovi armadi in legno, ripiani in quarzo, illuminazione e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio. I bagni di entrambe le camere erano completamente sventrati e anche il tappeto e le piastrelle erano nuovi. Ci sono tutti i nuovi mobili nelle camere da letto, nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo, compresi i televisori a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. È un posto perfetto per rilassarsi e ascoltare l'oceano!
Il condominio è a pochi passi da Coligny Plaza con la sua varietà di negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti --- puoi lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio per tutta la tua vacanza. My family had a great stay and will be back if the unit is available for our next trip! It was perfect for my family of 4 ( including a 4 year old and 1 year old). The unit had a high chair and pack b play to use as well as beach chairs and toys! We ended up eating in for a lot of meals because the place was so nice! It’s an awesome location walking distance to coligny. Stephanie was communicative throughout the whole stay and super helpful!

We had a great stay overall with all the amenities we enjoy - ocean view, great proximity to shops/restaurants, and updated finishes. Slight cleanliness issues but let Stephanie know and she was very easy to contact whenever needed. Will be very likely to return in the future!!

Beautiful clean condo that is large and very spacious. Very close to the elevator. The entire area is handicap/wheelchair friendly. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Easy access to the beach from a private access ramp. Very large and well maintained pool.
Great location right in Coligny with access to unlimited food options and shops.
The owner/manager is top notch with great communication including being proactive prior to check in.
Will definitely return.

This was the third time my two middle aged sisters and I have stayed at ocean one. We hope to return in 2024. The condo is quiet . The pool is clean. Steps to the beach . We also enjoy the close proximity to coligny shopping areaera. We appreciate the Netflix membership. Stephanie is a five star landlord . She communicates well and cares about her guests. This condo could not be more perfect for a sister get together. We also drove an hour to Savannah and visited family in bluffton. The price for one week is reasonable. Five star experience!

I must say I was excited when we got the email we could arrive sooner to our villa. So we packed up early and headed south from Indiana. The condo was as pictured, a lovely home away from home. Once we arrived we unpacked and began our vacation! We had everything we needed at the villa therefore we only communicated with the owner prior to arrival which was nice. The owner communicated everything we needed to know so there were no surprises when we arrived which was also very nice. Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about Ocean One and Hilton Head. Someday I hope to have a second home here.

Perfect Beachfront Condo!
This condo is perfect. It had everything we needed to cook in and was within walking distance to several good restaurants! The property always responded within minutes and was extremely helpful. If available, this is definitely the unit we will be renting on our next trip to HHI!

Beautiful place to stay inside & out. Condo is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has all the extras you'd need for a stay. View of the ocean looking out the patio doors is gorgeous.

The Perfect Getaway
I cannot rave enough about the week my two sisters and I just spent at this lovely property on Hilton Head. We could not have been more pleased. In the evening, we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix for free. The view of the ocean from our balcony was magnificent. The pool was not crowded. Plenty of chairs and tables by the pool where we sat and visited every day. Our building was quiet. We were unaware of other guests and families. The only detail which was not perfect was the TV remote in the livingroom. The OK button on the remote was either worn out or had been broken by other guests before we arrived. This OK button was "tricky." By that I mean the button still worked, but barely worked. The TV remote in the livingroom needs to be replaced, but that was an insiginificant detail since both bedrooms also contained very large screen TVs and remotes. The landlord of this property is exceptional ! When we arrived, she told us the coffee maker was no longer working, but she would be sending two new coffee makers to us, and as she promised, two new coffee makers arrived on the first morning we awoke in our lovely condo. Parking was easy and convenient. I would not want to stay any place else in Hilton Head. THANK YOU for a five star stay. We hope to return soon.

My 1st trip to Hilton Head
This property was very clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. Very centrally located to shops, restaurants and the beach. Owner was very nice to deal with. The beds were comfortable as well as the living area. Also took a boat to Savanna and a diner cruise.

Great location
The location is great however when we arrived at the condo we found two large dehumidifiers and fans running and the carpet was ripped up due to water damage. None of this was communicated with us before we arrived. And the equipment stayed through three days of our rental. The Equipment basically made our living room useless during that time due to the noise and the size of the dehumidifiers. Overall it’s a nice place and a great location however we would’ve appreciated some communication with the water damage before we arrived and maybe a slight discount for the
inconvenience.

Decent Stay
The overall stay was great, but there are a few things wrong with the condo. Ice maker on the fridge did not work, missing some base boards, one of the showers did not work properly, but were able to do the job. The location was great. The main issue with this property were the bugs they were relentless.

Oceanfront, delightful condo
This 5th floor condo at Ocean One is right on the beach, just steps from Coligny Plaza and the beach. Very nice, comfortable beds and living room furniture. And the view from the balcony is absolutely awesome!

Condo was super nice! Clean, comfortable, spacious, updated, beautiful ocean view and much more. Location close to everything. Pool & entire complex clean and beautifully maicured. Owner was super nice, accommodating and very prompt with communication. Look forward to staying here again!

Family Vacation 2020
Hilton Head is such a beautiful place to visit. We were amazed with the weather in October. The condo was so nice and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. We fixed several meals at the condo. It was right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants making it easy to walk or ride bikes just about every where we want to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Great 2BR Condo right on beach
My family and I spent one week at this 2BR Condo right on the beach with a pool next to Caligny Circle and had a great time. We highly recommend it!
Check in and check out were effortless and 5th floor provided a great view of the beach and pool which were great! Condo was clean and decorated nicely with patio sitting areas as well.
Only issue we had was jellyfish and sting rays which stung multiple people including my son but otherwise it was fantastic and we will likely come back.

My family has gone to Hilton Head many years now. Not our first time staying at Ocean One, but the first time in this condo! Loved the location, the view from the balcony is amazing. Paradise on the Island!
The property was as beautiful as the pics! Very clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. Perfect location for enjoying the beach and riding a bike to the grocery store, shops and many restaurants with easy access to miles of marvelous bike trails! Lovely location with ocean front balcony and lush landscaping! Owner (Stephanie) was just fabulous and easy to work with! We will definitely come back!
