Luxurious Sandy Beach property in exclusive Costa Diamante neighborhood
Vieni a rilassarti nella nostra nuovissima proprietà nell'esclusivo quartiere di Costa Diamante. Situato proprio sulla spiaggia di Sandy. Sandy Beach è una delle spiagge più belle di Rocky Point. È possibile praticare attività fuoristrada o sport acquatici a breve distanza a piedi. Vogliamo che i nostri visitatori si sentano a casa e offriamo tutti i comfort di una casa moderna. La casa è una casa a due piani. All'ultimo piano, avrai una cucina completamente caricata con vista sullo spazio aperto nella sala da pranzo e soggiorno dove tutti possono riunirsi e gustare ottimi pasti. Inoltre, all'ultimo piano, avrai molto spazio nei nostri due balconi. Ogni balcone ha una splendida vista sulla spiaggia dove è possibile sedersi con il proprio vino e godersi i tramonti. Al piano inferiore troverete tranquillità se avete voglia di fare un pisolino dopo una giornata di divertimento. Una cascata rilassante si trova giù per le scale per aiutare la tua mente ad immergersi in un rilassamento. Accanto alla casa c'è una piscina nel caso in cui si abbia voglia di non camminare in spiaggia. La piscina è situata in modo da poter guardare i bambini dalla proprietà mentre si godono la vita all'aria aperta.
La struttura si trova anche a 5-10 minuti da famosi bar e ristoranti. Tutto nella parte lussuosa di Sandy Beach. Vieni e resta, non te ne pentirai. La casa può ospitare 16 persone.

Great home, location, management!

We had such a great time relaxing and enjoying the house and beach! The home was in a great location and was enough space for 3 families with kids! Just a quick walk to the beach from the house. Kitchen was great for home cooked meals and all of the rooms and house had very cold AC. Although we didn't use the pool, the pool is literally a few steps away but our kids only wanted the ocean waves!

Our four families, totaling 12, gathered for a little vacation. Since I have never done the scheduling, I was nervous about tackling the process. Everything went flawlessly! The home is VERY spacious, well stocked kitchen, and has beautiful view of the ocean. We all wished that we could have had a longer stay. I must compliment the host for the details that made our experience so pleasant and memorable.

Let me start by saying the property and development is itself is quite amazing. The check in process was much more challenging. Low battery on the house lock box created quite a situation and a prolonged check in. Luckily my friend and his wife were staying in the development close by so we could hang until resolved (2 hours later). Not having phone service only complicated the matter. However, after that, and a proposal to my now wife ( on the beach, as opposed to the plan; on the house roof patio after check in) our stay was one of the best ever! The property was so modern and clean and is only a couple hundred meters from the beach! Our family had the best time cooking and relaxing at the house as well! It is beautiful here and the beach is quite wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful property with a short walk to the beach. We brought 2 families and had it plenty of places for people to sleep. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very prompt at addressing our needs. We would have loved to have more places to sit in the living areas, but other than that we loved staying there. We would definitely come back.

We stayed in this place over the fall break, 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall great experience, great location, right next to basketball court and pool/spa area and about 3 minute walk to the beach. Laura, the property manager, was amazing and helped us with any issues that we had in timely manner. I'd like to point out a few things.. if you're like myself and take your own cookware anytime you travel, make sure to take pots and pans that work with induction oven because that is what they have in this house. Gas grill does not work, but they do have a charcoal grill with charcoal provided, it was not as convenient, but it worked just fine. Beds are very comfortable, but all queens, I think it would be better if owners would put in king size beds instead.
Other than these minor things, we had a great time and would definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

It is our 2nd time at this property and we enjoyed a relaxing few days with friends and family. However could not sleep very well and had to move the bed in the master because the AC was blowing directly on our faces. Also AC is loud. Otherwise was a pleasant experience.

The place it’s in a save community, around big and huge houses, near to the beach , very good in sise

At the first moment I felt like a paparazzi taking pictures of the details of what was damaged , after reading the contract because I would be charged for any damage the occupants did to the property.
It’s a old fridge , so you need to buy ice, well equipped kitchen , but you need to bring your own wine bottle opener
The room at second floor has a nasty mattress in the closet
We where happy with puerto Peñasco , it’s a nice town , the community very clean and people around friendly
Sofá bed in second floor didn’t work , and dining room chairs stained, and also one of the chairs in balcony was broken, the house need a little of maintenance, for example stained pillows, low quality of towels. For a beach house it doesn’t offer much , it’s better to bring your chairs, the beach cart to carry things didn’t work , so better bring yours

Had a wonderful time. I loved how everyone had their own room and bathroom. We had 10 people in the house and never felt cramped! The house was beautiful! Perfect location next to pool and a literal 5 min walk to beach! Also whenever we had a problem or a question it was resolved or answered right away! Hoping to rebook next year.

This house is beautiful. It has all the things you need to have a great vacation. The rooms are spacious and bright, each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. The location is perfect! right next to the basketball court and pool, and only a few steps from the beach. Instructions on how to get there were clear, check-in was easy and fast. We'll definitely come back and will highly recommend this property.

Fourth of July Vacation
This house is in a wonderful location. Community pool was nice and beach is 2min walk away. Neighborhood was beautiful and feels safe and secure. Only negative we would have are minor ones but thought to mention for owner to be aware... Ran out of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels by day 3. We bought more rather than reaching out for quicker turnaround. The curtains let alot of light in so hard to sleep once suns up, outside shower broken, and handrail for stairs loose which is a little nerve wrecking with little kids in home. Despite all that we would totally come back as the house otherwise was great! Thank you

Excellent stay
Beautiful modern home in excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen, multiple balconies and gathering areas. Views of the ocean and also the community pool. Outdoor shower to clean off sand. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely return!

Beautiful and very clean home! My family and I loved it and will definitely stay here again.
The home was amazing! Very clean and Perfect location. The pool was very close to the house where I was able to sit in the balcony and watch my kids and grandkids swimming from there. The walk to the beach was very short. We had no issues at all. If we had any questions Robert would answer my messages right away. I traveled with my kids and grandkids and felt very safe. I am looking forward to staying here again.

First trip to Rocky Point!
The property and home were just as listed and met all our needs and more! 8 adults and 6 kids had plenty of room and it was nice each family had their own room and bathroom. Basically had the whole beach to ourself which was a great. Resorts to the east and west beach access were all crowded so it was nice not having to deal with all that. Fridge took a little long to cool off but besides that no complaints! Hosts was very accommodating and responsive, we will definitely be back!

This home was all that was described. It was very clean and spacious for our 3 families. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood safe and quite. Access to the beach easy and private. The owner was very easy to work with.

Great location
We were just a short walk from the beach. The hot tub was close and clean. The house was clean. We found a lot of dirty dishes in the cupboards and the shower temperature was very irregular. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay!

The house was very clean and pretty. Had some issues with very heavy sliding glass door that was hard to open and close and kept coming off the track. The acoustics in the house made it hard for the people downstairs to sleep. Other than that it was a nice stay

Water did not work and had to call someone out to get it working again disappointed that someone did not check on that before our arrival. Very cold and Not homey feel to the place. Not decorated as inviting and classy. Curtains did not cover entire windows. The place echoed so felt like I was in a auditorium. No garbage disposal in kitchen sink. The grill was rusty and scary looking so did not use. The garbage cans in bathroom were rusty. We never were able to use the television. Hot water made it through 1 person! Refrigerator keep things semi cold. The house is very modern but has no class. Very disappointed.
