Affitto la mia casa Costruita nel 2015, in un quartiere sicuro, a Peoria, vicino allo stadio Cardinals, a Sun City e Sun City West, con tutte le comodità. HBO, WiFi, lavatrice / asciugatrice, cortile recintato, 4 bdrms; 2 letti queen size, 1 full size e camera per bambini con culla e pacchetto e gioco. 20 minuti dall'area ricreativa Lake Pleasant, dallo stadio Westgate / Cardinals e dai punti vendita. Quindici minuti dal centro commerciale Arrowhead, dai teatri e da qualsiasi ristorante ti venga in mente. Cammina verso i parchi con i bambini sotto il sole caldo quasi ogni giorno. La mia casa è

Casa situata nel nuovo quartiere adatto alle famiglie vicino a parchi, negozi, divertimenti. Cortile rustico privato recintato, con giardino con menta fresca e basilico per bevande, pomodori, focolare e griglia a carbone.
Nel prossimo futuro ci saranno una piscina riscaldata e un centro ricreativo a due isolati, attualmente in costruzione.
Sono una nonna pazza, quindi la mia casa è molto adatta ai bambini con molti giochi e attività da colori, puzzle, set di treni, giocattoli da bagno, libri, giochi doh e vestire abiti. Ho sedie rialzate, bumbo, passeggini, giubbotti di salvataggio per bambini per attività sul lago, ecc. I miei nipoti hanno tre e cinque anni.
Ho avuto le mie sfide con vari rimontaggi articolari, quindi ho deambulatori, sedia da doccia, sedile del water rialzato e maniglioni, bastoncini, bastone da passeggio e la casa è molto adatta ai disabili.
Sono un appassionato segugio del rock e ho grimaldelli e martelli, se ti piace un rock o dieci che vedi nella mia collezione sentiti libero di portarlo con te. Posso dirti dove localizzare geodi, cristalli, calcedonio, onice, lacrime e agate di Apache se sei propenso a vagare per le colline e le montagne. Lake Pleasant è un ottimo posto per il rock hound e si trova a 30 minuti da casa. Fai gite di un giorno a Sedona a due ore di distanza o in paesi del Western Country come Wickenburg o Prescott 40-90 minuti in auto.
Godrai sicuramente di un quartiere calmo e rilassante con o senza bambini sotto il caldo sole rilassante.

Property was just as advertised - nice private outdoor area with grill for relaxing in the sun - or the shade. Nice kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms. Everything you would need for your stay is provided! Close to everything - quiet neighborhood, great walking paths.

Great Stay
The house is a short drive to grocery stores and pharmacies. The 101 loop is easy to access and therefore travel in the Phoenix area as well as nearby is not complicated. The neighborhood has some great walking paths.
We’ve rented probably nine homes over the years and this one is overwhelmingly the best supplied with amenities. The outside area has ample seating with a fire pit being a plus.

Beautiful! Absolutely recommend!
This home was stunning! It was perfect for our group, and was very accommodating for all ages that were with us (from 50+ to 2 years). The beds were all very comfortable, there was a bathroom for each of us (4 rooms and 3 baths, but we didn’t need to use the 4th room), and there was plenty of space for us to have breakfast or gather and relax. The homeowner was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc very close by and easy to find. Gorgeous neighborhood, very quiet and had a beautiful community pool just down the road. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and will definitely stay again should I make my way back to Peoria!!!

Maggie thought of everything
This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath house was immaculate. Maggie had thought of everything one could possibly need or want. The communal pantry and fridge had way more than was expected. There were toys and toddler bed for our 2 1/2 year old grandson. Tour books and area things to see and do were available and so much more. I would highly recommend this property. It also ended up being only 1.2 miles from my brother which made it even more convenient for us. I can't say enough positive things. NO negatives!

Another enjoyable stay
This is the second time I've stayed at this property this year. It is perfect for a family of any ages. We have small children and there were things for them to do at the house well as the community pool which is a short walk. Maggie is great to work with so the stay feels like home more than a strange place. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again if I have the chance.

Maggie's Home
The property met or exceeded all of our needs. Great layout with a perfect location for our stay. We had plenty of room, the home was fully stocked with every thing you could wish for. We were close to our favorite restaurants, grocery store and easy access to the 101 for sight seeing. We highly recommend this property. We greatly enjoyed that it felt like a real home and not just a rental property.

Large and spacious
Our family enjoyed everything about the house! It was big enough to gather in the kitchen and living area. Plenty of bedrooms.. The backyard was so nice with the artificial turf.. our grandson could crawl around so easily. The location was perfect! Nice, quiet neighborhood close to stores, restaurants and freeway. The check in and check out process was so easy and simple.

This was a great home. Fully loaded kitchen with any kind of gadget or equipment needed. Great communication from the owner. The community pool is awesome. Close to grocery and easy access to local attractions. We would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful house, very spacious, relaxing and very enjoyable. The kitchen was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the "community property" in the pantry and refrigerator. The owner/manager was very accommodating. We hope to stay there again.

Very pleasant stay and plenty of room!
We had 3 couples so very grateful for 3 bathrooms! Big screen TVs and plenty of comfortable seating, outdoor fire pit/grill and patio furniture and fully stocked with everything you might need! Quick communication with host and flexible check in time!!!

Awesome house for families with small children
Our family had a great stay here! She has everything you need for young kids. We all felt right at home. The kids loved the space in the backyard to play. Quiet neighborhood with a park that we could walk to.

Exceeded expectations!
The 1 year-old had access to a crib, eating chair, and toys. Very thoughtful of owner. Enjoyed sitting on the covered patio. Huge kitchen which was well stocked. Parking in the garage was available. Amazing quantity of tv channels, and Wifi was fast. 2 master bedrooms was a bonus. Owner permitted our early "check-in". Highly recommend the whole experience.

Perfect & Spacious
We stayed for a long weekend while in town visiting family. This house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. It had 4 bedrooms plus a large, comfy living room. Communication with the host was easy. Neighborhood was very safe. I would HIGHLY recommend!

2nd Stay As Wonderful As First.
Stayed here last year during Spring Training and had such a wonderful time, couldn't wait to come back. Everything was awesome. Beautiful home, clean and open. Everything you might need is provided. Great neighborhood. Great communication with Maggie, the owner. Hope to come back again.

February 2020 stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, roomy house in an excellent location. Friendly and accommodating owner. There were two reasons I didn't rate it 5 stars: the raw condition of the back yard, and the sense we had that we were intruders in her home. The closets were full of clothes, and half the drawers and much of the countertop space in the baths and bedrooms were occupied by her things. The back yard is in need of some landscape improvements. But the yard is large, and there were plush chairs, a fire pit, and a barbeque to use, which made it easier to overlook its unimproved state.
On the plus side, the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, and the owner was very accommodating to our requests to move her things to make space for our possessions. She has fast wifi and DirecTV. The location is excellent, being close to shopping and restaurants. There are several nice parks nearby, as well as a pool and a pickleball court.
All in all, I would enthusiastically recommend this property.

This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. There is a large selection of stores, restaurants and a big mall within 15 to 20 minutes drive. Maggie was easy to work with and quick to respond. The home is just as it is described and also shown in the pictures. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect spot!
We had a fantastic stay at Maggie's place - there was plenty of space and everything was sparkling clean and modern. We had 2 families (4 adults and 4 babies/children) and there was tons of space and even some toys. The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were visiting family 5 minutes away. Maggie was extremely hospitable and responsive to our questions. Would love to stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Proper description on site. Clean quiet. Everything is working well. Just one aspect is not really perfect is that place full of personal things left from owner like photos some clothes which makes rental experience less ideal but in general very good house to stay.

This is our second time staying at this house. We absolutely enjoyed our stay again! The house is very clean, smells great, good accommodations, conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and camelback ranch. Absolutely Perfect
Came to Arizona to meet up with 2 brothers and a nephew for Spring Training. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The house lacked nothing. The neighborhood is great. Maggie was super easy to deal with. We hated to leave and look forward to coming back.

Nice home in Peoria with upgraded finishes
This property is a newer home with upgraded finishes that is located in a new construction neighborhood. It has everything you would need in a vacation rental, and it's really close to shopping and entertainment areas. There was a Desert Cottontail rabbit that showed up everyday to nibble on the garden plants in the backyard, which was very cute. The owner made us feel like we were staying with family, instead of just a vacation rental. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!
