Great Beach House At Great Location!
I Rushings ti invitano a goderti un'eccitante vacanza in Florida nella nostra Beach House sull'isola di Anastasia, nel tranquillo Surf Crest Village.
La casa è adiacente alla piscina e al centro del complesso fronte oceano di singole case a uno e due piani. C'è un pittoresco gazebo coperto in cima alle dune per il tuo divertimento, con accesso privato a una spiaggia di sabbia bianca non affollata.
ATTENZIONE: se vieni una volta sarai rapito !!!!
Siamo a cinque miglia a sud di St. storica Agostino, dieci miglia a nord
di Marineland, a un'ora e mezza da Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center e molte altre meravigliose attrazioni. I centri commerciali World Golf Village e Outlet sono a pochi minuti di distanza.
Questa è una casa sulla spiaggia senza fumo e senza animali domestici !!!

Lovely 2-bedroom cottage in a small, delightful neighborhood The owners are so responsive to every question I had This cottage was spotless The linens(sheets and towels) were top notch The air conditioner cooled beautifully Everything worked perfectly It was so nice and quiet The morning we left there was a rainstorm and we didn't hear a thing inside Pool was sparkling and the beach is a walk over away Thank you so much for letting us be guests We adored it

We had a great time staying at this little cottage. I have stayed in many Florida rentals over the years and this one was the by far the cleanest and the best stocked for someone who is flying in like we were. Julie was great to work with and very responsive to any questions that came up. The pool is really close and the beach is just a short walk!

We had a beautiful experience. The house, just a two-minute walk to the beach, had all amenities we needed. All appliances and other facilities in good working order. Location very convenient for tourist activities, beach fun, and necessities. Everything nearby. 10/10 would stay here again.

This house was just what we needed for our short stay in St Augustine. Very clean and in a quiet private neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs but didn’t “hover” which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely house with deck ! Bright and clean! Short walk to beach. All the amenities you will need. Weather was perfect. The spot is great. Walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

We were so happy with everything about this property. I will book again because I doubt we could find anything better. The beach access was terrific, very nice pool. For 20 years we’ve visited St. Augustine and finally have found THE perfect place with private beach access and pool right next door along with location perfection. Can’t wait to book for a third time. Also, it’s always clean at a fair price too. Truly look no further.

The cottage was immaculate, clean with plenty of kitchenware to be able to make meals. Close to everything including beach and pool. Thank you Julie and Steve, when we come back to St. Augustine, we'll be looking to stay there again.

This home was just right for our family of 6. Queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull out couch. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The community pool is right out the door. Beach was a short walk. Close to restaurants and putt putt. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

This property was very clean and comfortable! It is conveniently located and within steps of a wonderful beach to walk on. It is a short drive to groceries and restaurants. A solar heated pool is adjacent to the house. I highly recommend it for a couple or small family. If driving to/from Old St. Augustine we found it useful to take alternative routes other than the bridge of Lions, if you prefer to avoid traffic.

Very cute and clean cottage. Very beautiful area. Short walk to restaurants and ice cream. Just a couple minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful sisters weekend. We walked to see to see the sunrise. Beautiful walks in the evenings. This cottage had everything you need for a great stay.

This is our second stay at Surf Crest Village. It did not disappoint!! We loved the cottage with all its conveniences and comforts. The beach was awesome!
