The property was outstanding and just as presented. The condo was first class and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the great location and the pool was exceptional.
We are looking to hopefully rent this same unit in the future.
We need to apologize for submitting the checkout process late. We actually decided to check out early and left Friday night at 9:30pm so we could bear the traffic and planed on processing the checkout process from the rode. Things got crazy on the roads and we forgot to complete the checkout process until we were an hour from home. We hope this didn’t cause you any difficulties.

Just what we hoped for! Ideal location, easy access to the beautiful beach. Condo was very well appointed and maintained. Very attentive staff ensured our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Amazing views of the ocean and beaches were so clean, three king size rooms and dual queen rooms were very spaceous as well. Bunk bed set up was extremely small even for smaller children. That was the only thing that I didn’t realize as the photo of that room didn’t really show how small it was. Barely enough space to get to the top bunk for any older children. Overall a really nice accommodation for our party of ten with 4 15 year olds!

Always a phenomenal stay when coming to Villa Coyaba in Destin. 360 Blue also left so many treats and goodies for us around and I have nothing but amazing words for them and the property. We felt safe the entire time and there are multiple gate codes to go through when coming and going to the beach so others can’t come onto the property. A wonderful time as always with a stunning view of the beach and sunset each evening!

Very pleased. Would stay again. A little concerned over lack of parking--With 12 people, had 3 cars . Visitor parking had A/C units taking up 2 of 6 places.

Amazing. We had a group of 8, 60 something ladies and we get together for a few days to enjoy each others company. This condo was perfect, roomy, clean, on the water, great area to hang out, roomy bedrooms so just enough privacy. Not one complaint. Thank you

I rented this property for my daughter's bachelorette trip. This place was perfect! Beautiful 4 bedroom plus bunk room, 3 bathroom condo right on the beach which was perfect for our group of 12. The beds were extremely comfortable and much needed after having the fun that accompanied the purpose of the trip.
Two complaints that I had. The first one with a place as large as this there isn't much seating in the living room. A couch, loveseat and 2 chairs isn't enough room for the number of people this place accommodates. My second complaint is parking. You have 2 parking spots reserved for your room and if you have the need for another spot there are like 6-8 visitors spots, which were always full. We had someone that parked in our spot repeatedly and was told to call the manager. When we talked to the manager he said just park in someone else's spot, that totally defeats the purpose of assigned spots.
They did have hygiene boxes in each bathroom incase your forgot it and in the kitchen there was a starter box for cleaning up in the kitchen. There was also a nice gift for the renter, it was an otter box/ dry box for your phone which included a small bluetooth speaker and portable speaker for you to take home with you.
Overall great experience and already looking to book for next year.

Property was beautiful. For the price, I would expect the condo to be furnished with salt and pepper and even more coffee items than a bag of coffee. How about sugar or creamer? Tea? Never stayed at a location of this level without more,

Family Girls Trip
I brought all the girls in my family on a 'Girls Trip". We could not have had a better time. The condo is absolutely beautiful and so clean. Just a short walk or uber ride to many local attractions and restaurants and shopping. Having your own private beach is also a huge perk! We will be back!

Villa Coyaba - Destin
Nice facility, 4 bed, 3 bath, worked well for our group of 8 family members. Exercise room in good condition, and the pool was adequately warm for mid February. The south facing balcony a hit with everyone, the building blocked the north winds when we had them, so even with highs in the low 60s, sunning on the balcony felt like the high 70s +. Beds and furnishings were very good, and kitchen appliances like new. Our unit was 207, directly overlooking the pool.

Rented Villa Coyaba 207 for my 60th birthday last week. This condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable with a million dollar view. The heated pool was amazing. I would stay here a thousand times over.

Everything was great, loved the amount of towels provided, and dishes.
The only complaints I would have is needs new mattress, sheets that fit better in master bedroom, new updated den furniture… cushions sag down on towards the floor… and owners must control the thermostat…. Like to sleep cool and never could get it to go below 71
But we definitely will return

Love the location of this property! Several walkable restaurants, close to the mall and other touristy spots. Pool was never crowded, but heated for cooler days. Beach was fantastic! I would def stay at this property again!

Great location and very nice condo. The unit was clean but the balcony was not. We washed cigarette ashes and something sticky off the table and floor.

We could here what sounded like people moving furniture in the condo above during nighttime and lots of noise from other balcony’s at night which made it hard to sleep

We had a wonderful time. The condo was awesome and had more than enough room for the 8 of us. Everything was super clean and the condo was stocked and set up perfectly. Having the ice maker in the condo for the beach cooler was a huge bonus. We all loved the fact that there was plenty of room on the beach and we didn’t have to compete for space like you do at some of the bigger complexes. Plus the two supplied beach chairs were great. Our entire party agrees that this was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back next year. Awesome Vacation!!

There were 3 families in our condo and it was very spacious!!!!
We loved the location and convenience! The condo was very nice and clean!
The only issues we had were immediately handled by maintenance.
We will say the couch pillows were very hard to keep on the couch.... it was comfy but that part was a bit annoying.
There were very little washcloths and the bathroom could use towel hooks to keep it a bit tidier while vacationing.
We certainly would recommend this place to anyone! We hope to be back next year! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time. This is our 3rd year to stay at Villa Coyaba. We love it. We had 11 people. Plenty of room. We had to have a few things fixed and they were very prompt and nice about it. The beach service guy was very nice and helpful. Our favorite part is spending time with the family in one place. We’re already planning next year. We love Destin💗💗🏝

Appreciated the updated VC207. Very clean with everything we needed. Broken blender replaced promptly. Suggest the mattress in guest king room be replaced and sofa in living area cushions be addressed. Had a great week!

Had a great time with lots of space. Living room rug and couch is a warn down and could be replaced but this would not keep me and my family from coming back! The bunk room was perfect for the teenagers. Way better than having them sleep on the pull out and worrying about waking them up in the morning. Thanks!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice but they should look into getting a new couch because the cushions have problems staying attached. It also appeared at some point someone broke off one of the poles on the bed frame in the master bedroom. The rest of the unit is really nice. I enjoyed their outside setup with the large table and two loungers. Overall we had a very nice vacation.

Very nice condo, nicely decorated, with lots of space. Beautiful view and great beach.
Liked that there are a small number of units, which keeps the beach less crowded, and the beach service guy was very nice & helpful.
Convenient having a full size washer & dryer in the unit.
Spacious balcony - would have been nice to have a ceiling fan.
We had a couple of rain days so it was great to have the covered parking.
We used the valet service through the app to order groceries & everything was purchased correctly & put away in the condo when we arrived.
Put in a maintenance request to fix a sluggish drain and they sent someone right away. He was very nice & got the problem fixed quickly.
Only complaint was the furniture around the pool - there were only loungers, no chairs, and they were very hard & uncomfortable (& difficult to move around). It’s nice to have a couple of tables with umbrellas & chairs if you just want to sit & have a drink by the pool.
We had a great 2 weeks and will definitely stay here again!

This was our first vacation in Destin and was truly fantastic. The condo we stayed in was perfect. The view of the ocean from our balcony was unbelievable. We loved the pool and the access to the beach. We will definitely be back. The gentleman who took care of the beach setups deserves recognition for his helpful and courteous interaction with the guests. I would like to recommend that the units have more than 2 dish towels for use. Again thank you for making our family vacation a huge success.

This is our fifth stay at Villa Coyaba, so guess we really like it. We enjoy being on the beach and near good food and shopping! Our unit was clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Only complaint would be the sofa in living room, something not right about it!!! Hope to be back next year!
