Siediti sul ponte e goditi le splendide viste di Moonstone Beach. Solo una breve passeggiata sulla sabbia per la meditazione mattutina o una passeggiata al tramonto. The view was spectacular. The house was very roomy & clean. It was nice being at the end of the street with only one neighbor to the east but we didn't hear or see them. The big deck was designed for viewing & privacy. I have a few negatives: 1) when we arrived, the house was very warm (lots of windows) and it smelled like pee. We were going to roll-up the rugs & put them in the garage but they were fastened to the wood floor. I suggest those rugs be professionally cleaned. 2) The mattresses were not comfortable (too hard), 3) The house is over highway 1 & very noisy traffic started every morning around 3AM (LOUD). Probably a lot of construction trucks headed to the Big Sur Hwy 1 road repairs. Too warm to sleep with the doors & windows closed. Just really surprising how noisy hwy 1 can be.

PERFECT loved everything about this house. Very clean nice layout and exceptionally beautiful view. We have rented many houses thru the years but this was the best. Loved the single level. Other than the guy across the street who feeds the skunks at night our dog loved it too.

Love this house. Always clean. The views from the balcony are exceptional! Watch out for the racoons. Even though the garbage can was closed with a bungee cord, racoons still knocked it over and were able to pull out trash from a bag.

We loved this home. You can tell the owners really want people to have the best time. The kitchen was super cute and updated with everything we needed to cook and bbq. The rest of the house is classic mid century Cambria with the best views around. We stayed with our 2 kids and dog and loved the patio space overlooking the ocean, the close proximity to town and such a cute neighborhood. We’ve stayed at almost every hotel in town and dozens of vacation rentals visiting my mom and this house was our favorite so far. Super clean too which is a huge plus. We’ll definitely be back!

We are repeat visitors to this house over the past 10-15 years. The owners continue to upgrade the property, the latest being new patio furniture, living room furniture, and a gas log fireplace. The house isn’t fancy, but is very comfortable. Great location, easy to walk into town, Moonstone Beach. Easy access to Hwy 1 as well. The only knock is that the house is right above Hwy 1. The traffic noise in the day is unavoidable. At night, however, the traffic disappears, and one can hear the ocean and birds. We will be back.

First time staying in this home but long time visitors to the area and we alway book with Scenic Coast. This home has a great layout and was easy for my 95 year old mother to navigate. The views from the large deck are amazing. House has everything you could need to feel at home. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shower head in the guest bathroom. My husband and I are tall. The shower head is not. We got by! We will definitely be renting this property again and recommending it to friends and family.

Such an amazing home! Super cozy and close to everything. The deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Management company was easy to contact and very helpful. It rained the first couple of days/nights but the home has a beautiful fireplace that puts out a lot of heat so the home stayed nice and warm. We had such a nice vacation and are planning our next stay.

We have been staying at this vacation rental for quite a few years. We really enjoy the view and location of this home. We like to kick back and relax and this house had some outdated wicker furniture that wasn’t all that comfortable. When we arrived we noticed that they have comfy leather couches, new tv, new fireplace insert and new table and chairs on the deck. This made our stay much more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to this home.

I can't say enough about how much we love staying at this house. It is always clean and well maintained. We did some wine tasting and ate at West End Bar & Grill, Sandy's, and Main Street Station. I would definitely recommend this proper to friends & relatives. Watch out for the racoons; they knocked over the trash can and made a mess of the contents. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!!!

We’re repeat visitors to this house over the past 10+ years. Very convenient location for walks into town or Moonstone, or to Highway 1. The house sits right above Hwy 1 so there is traffic noise throughout the day. Quieter at night, you can enjoy the ocean views and sunsets. Reasonably well appointed and equipped . Welll be back.

This being our 2nd stay at the “cool house” we were still impressed with the view of the water but the weather kept us indoors both days. Sadly the furniture is outdated and not real comfortable and the house was not as clean this time around because of the white dog hair we found throughout the house. We won’t let this stop us from staying again because it’s a cool house with a cool view.

The property was nearly perfect for what will be my dad’s last trip to the coast, kitchen was well equipped to cook a stellar meal, check in was seamless, the views are truly stunning all day, I also appreciate the succulence and native birds it attracts, as well as its closeness to downtown Cambria. Only minor complaint is that the living room couch and chairs aren’t very comfortable

Beautiful! The home is in perfect proximity to the ocean and town. Loved the beautiful sunsets from the deck..and only 3 blocks from moonstone boardwalk. The fireplace was amazing..hearing the ocean as we slept was zen...i loved the open living room, all windows towards the ocean was an amazing sight to see every evening and morning..this place was perfect in my book..i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone....but just one tiny negative...the shower heads are meant for people 4 ft and under..lol..had such a hard time washing my hair. .please adjust the shower heads! Thanks!

This is a lovely and comfortable home. The kitchen is well equipped. The heater worked well.This house is absolutely immaculate. The view is really nice. Sunset is magical. It's close to town and to the beach. One could walk to both, but you'd need to be ready for uphill on the way back.One tiny ding on the location is that you do hear noise from Highway 1, which is right below the property.I stayed there over Christmas and I really enjoyed my visit. Check in was contact free and easy. If you're bringing a pet, make sure you get a copy of the pet policy document and read it immediately. There are vaccination requirements and you'll need to bring a protective cover if your pet sleeps on the bed with you.

Meet my expectations and more
The location was great because it was walking distance to town and moonstone beach my only two places that I wanted to spend time. The only drawback would be the traffic from the freeway because it drowns out the ocean sounds.

Great house, excellent location
We loved the house with the mid century style and a great view of Moonstone Beach. It was well laid out, on a nice quiet street a very short (2-3 min drive) to either downtown or across the 1 to the beach. Nice deck as well. Highly recommend Madeline's and the Sea Chest for dinner nearby and the Cafe On Bridge St. has great sandwiches, especially the hot pastrami. Appreciated the smart tv in the house to use your apps, could use same in bedroom which did have cable.
