The location is good, right near San Miguel street and not too far from the beach - although very steep climb when returning from the beach as gates to the front of apartments were not in use. 18th floor of the apartments so the view was good.

The facilities were not as described, and as such we are currently in dispute. The page had listed a sofa bed as one of the facilities in eth apartment, but when we arrived there was no sofa bed, just a sofa. My son had to sleep on the floor on a very thin rolled-up mattress. This was not what was described in the listing and was as you can imagine extremely uncomfortable. The apartment walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that goes on in them and vice versa. Kitchen facilities can't really be described as a kitchen. On arrival no toilet paper - lucky we packed our own. Rated as 1 due to the apartment not having the facilities described followed by no satisfactory resolution forcing us to escalate the complaint.

kind of felt like we were living in the owner’s guest room. it’s not a totally independent apartment

Unfortunately, the stay was very unpleasant. Its the worst stay we have ever been to. The apartment was very dirty. It was not cleaned for sure. Bathroom floor, kitchen equipment, furniture etc. Dishes were overused and old. There were no pots for boiling, no pot for tea boiling. There was no teapot. The towels and bed laundry was not fresh. No sound isolation from neighbors. Very weak pressure for hot water- we were not able to normally take a shower. Besides warm welcoming from neighbors everything was terrible to say the least. No salt no sugar. There we no soap for 2 days even. How is that possible.. No hairdryer.
