Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Talo oli kaunis ja siisti, kaikki oli niinkuin oli luvattu. Sijainti oli hyvä ja naapurusto erittäin rauhallinen.
Talossa olisi voinut olla enemmän vessapaperia, roskapusseja ja siivoustarvikkeita, joilla ylläpitää itse siisteyttä viikon aikana.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Conchita. Our host Ana was wonderful, she made sure that everything was perfect and she was easily contactable if we had any questions. The villa is located in a quiet area of Torremolinos but still within walking distance of shops. We had everything we needed in the villa and the beds were very comfortable too!

We like the house, it is good value for the money. It was clean, there was everything we needed. The place is quite, which was important for us. The staff is really friendly. Ana was nice and helpful, and reacting quickly when we had some questions. We received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was very nice and helped us feel that our vacation had started.

Great clean modern villa with everything you could need for a great stay. Area is quite and you feel nice and safe. Ana is a superb, with excellent communication from booking to departure, nothing is to much trouble.

La Conchita is in a quiet neighbourhood, just 15 minutes walk from the beach. The house is equipped with enough appliances that when we wanted to cook, we could make meals for 7 people happily. There is no shortage of restaurants nearby. It was great for a family reunion.
Honestly, and this is so minor, the mop could be better quality. That was about it. Oh and maybe a couple more coat hangers would be good in the closets.

A nice house with everything we needed.
Close to bus, train and supermarkets. Peaceful and quiet area. The hostess Ana is absolutely excellent and helps if needed.

Location for the Supermarkets and Centre was very good. Ana the host was excellent, any queries were answered promptly and resolved quickly.
The villa was exceptionally clean.
We couldn't fault anything, but it would have been nice to have more storage area in the kitchen for food etc.
Small tables for drinks in the sitting area indoors would be ideal instead of having to put our glasses/cups on the floor while watching TV.

Beautiful villa it's just like the photos, good location and not far from the beach, local shops and wonderfully quite. Anna was great and let us stay past our check out time free of any charge as myself and my husband were moving to another location in Torremolinos after our stay at the villa. Thank you ☺️
The road leading to the villa was having major drainage works carried out by the local council which made it difficult to book taxies to get in and out of the property. Ordinarily this would not have been an issue, but one of our party has mobility issues and we had a 5 year old with us so we needed to rely on taxies may be more than others may. It's was just one of those things that Anna or the owner could not do anything about it, but being forwarded would have been useful.

I loved everything, so central, so comfortable, peaceful, clean... It was just fabulous. Ana handed us the keys on arrival, and was only a text away if we needed anything. She was amazing.

It looks exactly as in the pictures, very beautiful villa and just what we needed to relax! Very clean, easy to access, safe area and it had all the facilities we needed. Also 15min walk to the beach and 20 min drive to Malaga Center. Quiet and peaceful.
The host greeted us on entrance and maintained excellent communication whenever we had questions etc. Perfect choice for our stay!

We liked everything about the place it was spacious clean with everything you needed for a great holiday the owner Chemy was very attentive and always ready to help a little oasis a home away from home

The hospitality was very good.
The villa is locaties just 15 minuten from the airport.
15 minuten walk and we were at the beach of Torremolinos.
The same time we need to go to shops.
Malaga by train in just 25 minutes
Villa's are completely new
