The location was perfect. Property was nice.

Upon arrival, the second floor was not completely clean. It was like someone was in a rush and forgot to finish the second floor. The blinds in the second King Bedroom needs to be replaced.

My family enjoyed the location, size of the house as well as the furnishings. The active on the property. We enjoyed the pool with pool towels provided. Looking for another visit for a longer time period. Did not have enough time to enjoy everything on the property as well as other activities within the surrounding.

I was locked out of the house before my reservation ended.

I had a mobile scooter delivered before check-in time and you all were nice to let it be delivered at the office. Very friendly ladies at the office.

It wasn't clean by check-in time. It was clean but as a cleaning business owner it was not up to my standards. Very dusty frames, plants, baseboards. Hair and dead bugs left on the floor.

Great location and very comfortable staying in a townhouse spread over three floors.

The property wasn't as clean as I would have expected upon arrival. It was definitely clean enough, but there were areas that needed a deeper clean e.g. the blinds were dusty and the areas under the couches and beds were a bit dirty.
