My room was not clean. Juice bottles were empty and left in room. No tissue and shower was not clean

This Hotel was way too Pet Friendly for my Family and I. There were Dogs everywhere. We will never stay at another HOME 2 SUITES again!

The location and the common grounds.
Our room was dirty. The fitted sheet on the bed had blood stains on it. The hotel staff didn’t even offer for compensate me for their short comings.

we loved how big and cozy the room was and all the thing included in the room. everyone was so friendly and the pool was fun. I will stay here again.
we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast because the bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get up.

Mr. JEFFERY & CAROLYN WERE absolutely amazing. They made my stay very pleasant and made my baby boy feel seen and special for his Bday on check out day.....
My only complaint is that my room window had minimal lighting due to it being behind a wall. But the room itself love it. I always stay here when I visit.

-very nice location, several restaurants and stores in the immediate area
-rooms were extremely clean, up to date, and spacious
-check in was fast and simple
-front desk staff, especially Jenn, was very nice
-bathroom was nice and clean
-room had a full size fridge, dishwasher, and sink with dishes and a sleeper sofa.
-beds were clean and comfy
Will be looking for this Hotel in other locations when we travel.

It was a great place to just kick back and enjoy. I never stayed at a Home2 Suite. But from now on that’s my first choice. Great people very friendly.

I can honestly the hospitality was excellent.
There was a stink bug issue and two rooms. I had a hard time, falling asleep, scared that the bugs would land on me, so I was of killing them all night.

The room was comfortable and very clean - the staff was exceptional - very friendly and upbeat!
Distance from Wake Forest University although the 10-15 minute was not a big deal!

From the time we walked in the door, the staff was exceptional. We arrived late extra late for check in but Jennifer opened the door with a smile and even offered us snacks. Throughout the 3 night stay, every employees we encountered was pleasant and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, the rooms spacious, and breakfast was decent. We did have an issue with the toilet stopping up one time but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed the issue. I cannot say enough great things about this location.
