Room setup, size, cleanliness, amenities.
Bed was comfortable but it squeaked every time you moved so it prevented me from having a good night's rest.

The people were very friendly esp the lady I spoke with on 2 occasions and we discussed the ONE LOVE movie that she went to see
The Lady who checked me in on Thursday was terrific professional, and very smooth at my check in- this was a 4 day stay
I spend a lot of time in Marriott's Residence all over , so Im familiar with the standard. When I entered my room - within 5 minute my floor was vibrating along with the TV, Lamp and bed - I wasn't sure what it was - but it was ongoing all afternoon -I called the front desk and I was informed that there was work being completed and it would end shortly - I had to leave the property for a 1hr. This vibration happen for 4 days straight, I called the front desk on the Saturday and tiger lady told me its the washing machines on the first floor ( I was on the 4th floor) How can a machine vibrate an entire floor - our my room - I did not get my value because half the time I left due to the vibration and noise - I took a video that I will post - lastly - I would think they front desk could have - compensated me for the disturbance, move me to a different room, or some accomadation of the inconvenience - but nothing happen

Everything was good. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice. Room was very up to date. Shower/bathroom was really nice
In the kitchen you could tell that there was old food or somethin stuck in the sink drain/disposal. If you ran the kitchen sink you could get a little wiff of something that smelled like spoiled/old food down in the drain. It wasn’t bad but it was noticeable

The night staff was not friendly. It was difficulty to find parking space at mid night.

Staff was professional, polite and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, shower was clean. Overall room design and layout flowed well. Enjoyed my stay.

Location
Computer system was down. The room that they had reserved for me, the AC didn’t work. I was relocated to another floor, the person on the floor above me paced the floor all night long (heavy footsteps, made the ceiling/floor squeaked). At 12:30 AM I went to the front desk to complain. The gentleman at the front desk said that the person have been there for two months, and that when he calls the room and they don’t answer they would typically stop pacing for a while. This tells me they have been have complaints for a while. ? Why would they’ve not already moved that person to the 1st floor to keep from disturbing others?

The Hotel was VERY CLEAN. I could literally smell the cleaner once I walked into the room. This was a major bonus!! There was a FULL SIZE refrigerator, a dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space. Plus they had a huge desk and sofa. A huge shower. I loved that there was no shower curtains. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!
There wasn't anything to dislike. I truly enjoyed my stay.

From the amazing staff to the wide food selection at breakfast, amenities, cozy yet modern and spacious room, the kitchen area blew me away being fully equipped as well as beautiful. The pool, it was a great experience. I was amazed at how cozy yet fully equipped the hotel was. It's definitely a great family experience. I'll do this again. Other hotels need to take notes.

Tucked away in a good way. A couple of quick bites to eat in walking distance. Nicely situated away from the mall traffic but close enough to get to everything quickly. We came for a sports tournament and will book here again.the staff was very pleasant and accommodating even with us arriving very late in the evening. All the front desk attendants that weekend were very nice.
The room was perfect for what we needed and spacious.

The breakfast was one of the best that I've had a hotel in awhile. There was a hot bar and even Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits. The room was super clean, the facility was spotless, and the staff was so friendly. I'd highly recommend especially if traveling with children
The tv could've been better and also even though it was considered to have a bedroom, there was no wall to divide the room from the living room so the tv was shared between the bedroom and living room. It was also smaller than expected. There should be an indoor pool for such a nice facility.

Shower and sink in room 403 were both clogged. General management was notified about the problem he discounted me $35. I explained to him I was accurately standing in water that covered my ankles, while trying to shower. He simply stated that's all you getting is $35 off the stay. I was disappointed with the result after explaining to him I slipped while inside the shower and could had injuried myself and he replied $35 is all I'm discounting. I'm the general manager contact Marriott hotels.

Everything was dirty. We had no soap. Staff very unfriendly. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Shower was dirty. Breakfast offerings were ridiculous. Even the coffee was not good. This location was very far below Marriott standards.

Rude staff, horrible customer service at front desk. Manager needs more leadership training and how to deal with customers when they make a mistake on their end. Normally when I stay at a Residence Inn, my experience is fabulous such as when I stay in Georgia, their customer service is fabulous at that location.
