I stayed for 6 nights and the room being a suite made itmore comfortable, sofa and work area very nice, bathroom very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The continental breakfast was typical, pastries and doughnuts are generally unhealthy so serve good ones instead of what was there, bagels were not good, why not provide better ones? I skipped the breakfast boofay and went to Starbucks instead for better coffee and bagels. Also one morning I went to boofay to grab a banana (for my Starbucks bagel) at 9:40am but the boofay was closed - the hotel advertises that it is open to 10am. In retrospect I should have insisted that a staff member go back and get a banana for me. This may sound petty but it isn't. Even if no one is at the buffet the closing time should still be adhered to in case a customer, like myself, wants a late breakfast.

The older woman that checked me in was not apologetic nor friendly

It was very relaxing and quiet. The room was very cool and at the temp I loved. Staff was excellent.

I wish there would have been bars to hold on to in the shower and bath rugs for the floors.

Great room layout and features. Everything was convenient and set-up was great for working away from office/home. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities and presentation of room were really good.

The bathroom tub was clogged and it grossed me out to stand in water while showering. Also, it took forever for the hot water to heat up. I finally got in after about 10 minutes to lukewarm water and the shower finally started warming up about 5 minutes later. I've never had that happen before.

Breakfast was excellent , Tesla charging station was very helpful.

Cleanliness, smell in room. Couch smelled like a dog had slept on it.
