excellent location with lots of little eateries and the complimentary breakfast is exceptional.

I stay at this hotel once a month and I really don’t have any complaints.

I have stayed at this hotel for at least once a year for the past 4 years, although still nice it’s showing it’s age with needed repairs. They should invest in new pillows.

it was located near Baylor Scott & White hospital. We liked Jorge at the desk. He was kind and polite and tried to help us navigate through the terrible service we received from Booking.com.

It was a little dated and dirty.

the location was perfect. The front desk attendant made check in easy.

Moldy bread was served at breakfast and when addressed to the server, he was extremely rude. He did not seem to care about the quality of food he was serving.

location to my destination, grounds were kept up, breakfast was always different and decent for hotel breakfasts, staff was very nice except being charged for rooms I had already paid for ( but I got that fixed right away).

Rooms need major updating. Our main lamp was broken it didn’t stay up so I only lit one small circle of the table and not a large area. Huge water damage in the bathroom on the ceiling in room 306 that was terribly patched, sink spout was crooked to the right a bit, water pressure was terrible, and the shower was so hard to turn on because the pull, would pull the spout off the shower wall, the tub water ran fine but you couldn’t get the full tab to pull to use the shower. Our room door also could be pushed open from the hallway without using a key because it didn’t latch (we did mention this on the morning of Saturday and it did get fixed).

the staff or should i say the one person i seen there was great ,bed was to soft and some idiot in a above room kept making bumping noises most of the time we were there ,i told the guy at the front desk about it . seemed like the laminate flooring in the bathrooms is where the noise came from my guess poor insulated ceiling to floor ? room looked dated or you have a poor decorator . the breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast was good, it was at most a 100.00 a night room including fees . we will probably not book there again .
