Appartement spacieux et confortable dans le centre-ville mais calme avec parking en dessous.

Un problème lors de notre départ la porte de sortie du parking était fermée et un monsieur nous a ouvert avec un badge que nous ne possédions pas. Je ne parle pas du portail avec sortie rue qui s’ouvre automatiquement quand on sort.

Excellent apartment situated right in the centre. Friendly, communicative owner who was there to meet us and show us to the apartment. The garage below is really convenient. Comfortable beds.

Provide a tea-towel so we can dry the dishes!

The view from the balcony is not that extraordinary but it was ok. Given the central location it was rather quiet (except one night when other guests were rather loud).

Shower kit should be replaced, dirty. Sleeping sofa needs to be replaced. I was lying in a ditch on one side.

It is a garage. You park your car. It works.

Tight for bigger cars.

The communication from Ignacio was very good, in constant contact with us, he was there when we arrived and showed us to the secure garage, then to the apartment, he showed us how to work various appliances. Gave us a map of the city and detailed points of interest. Apartment was very clean large with aircon. On departure he was there to collect the keys and ask of our stay. Great location, all in walking distance and two restaurants just outside.

Super location near Plaza Mayor and all the main sights. Modern apartment in nice, quiet apartment block. Full kitchen facilities, although kitchen is quite small for a month's stay. Owner was attentive to any problems we had and responded very quickly. Apartment was cleaned every week which was a plus.

Even allowing for location it was quite expensive. On a smaller note, no tea towels were provided for drying dishes. When we asked for one we were told that kitchen roll should be used. This would have been fine had we been staying for a couple of days but given we were there for 5 weeks it was disappointing. That said, overall good experience and would recommend.

Great location, nice and clean, comfortable beds, good parking garage. The host Ignacio is wonderful and helped me very much when my husband had to go to the hospital.
