A good balance between price and quality offered. The hosts were kind and they have offered us solutions for our problems. Good location, really close to the lake by foot. If you are planning a bike tour this could be a solution for 2-3families. Many supermarkets and a fuel station in the nearby.

Furniture was a little bit outdated. And AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Lack of enough towels for everyone (we have left one of our own there;).

Unfortunately we didn't like anything. Everything in the house was old and not taken care. The doors of the bathrooms were broken and didn't close properly, one air con was broken and besides they wanted us to pay 20 € for having the remote controls (they saw we were bothered and finally they said not to pay). The beds and the pillows were in a very bad condition.There were no towels. And I would go on... I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially that the price is not cheap for what they offer.

Many insects and spider webs. The place was not very clean. The bathroom doors dont close. The lower toilet door opens alone.

The house is split for 4 apartment (all apartment has a own entrance, garden, grill, parking area). Our apartment was nicely refurbished with modern furnitures. We loved the beer draft machine what we got from the owner ( we had a chance to choice what beer we want to draft) Highly recommend Corner Villa 4 for friends, families and big groups!

There were many problems when we arrived, but Tamás's brother was responsive in solving the major ones. We were especially grateful when he found us a baby bed at the last minute. Since no one else was coming, Tamás let us stay well past check-out time. The downstairs mattress is very comfortable. Others may be, too, but I forgot to ask. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and a few pans. It's a modern-looking place with nice fixtures. There's no oven (con), but there is a clever convection stove-top thing.

Arrival - When we arrived, it was *cold*. They had three plug in heaters going. We turned on the main heater (which is also an air conditioner) and they brought us another portable heater. The place got warmer after a few hours. - The refrigerator had not been plugged in, and the water heater wasn't on. - The floors and stairs were very dirty, like workers had been working in here and didn't clean up after themselves. We had to sweep, and we got a dustpan when we asked for it. - The shower drain was extremely clogged and dirty. - The chairs were too tall for the table, unless your legs were only 2 cm thick. They brought us different chairs. - There weren't enough towels for all of us. They brought more. -Bedrooms In the upper bunk bed, the ladder and the edge were rickety, so one of us slept on the mattress on the floor. Pillows were unsubstantial. -Living space The stairs are uneven. Bathroom - There aren't many places to hang towels and such. -The shower leaks into the hallway. Putting the mop in the corner between the bathroom door and shower door helped. Kitchen - There were no instructions for the espresso machine. - A few small things needed fixing. Other - There was no clothes-drying rack inside. - Pictures on the wall seemed to be appropriate for young guys, not so much for women over 30. We sent the owner a list of detailed suggestions for future guests. I have a feeling he will listen.

Locate was good, you can find bakery, Tesco, Spar, it is not far from accommodation.

When I arrive at accommodation, I called to the number which host told me, but I was not able to call him several times and he came 1 Hour later. (I requested early check-in and I paid 50 EUR additionally). I was able to enter the accommodation before he came because the accommodation was opened, but it was not good experience for me.
