Ubytování v klidné části města, jen několil kroků od břehu Balatonu. Jídlo je velmi chutné. Součástí je i vstup do wellness. Pokoj i terasa jsou velmi prostorné.
Postele jsou hrozně měkké, proležené, vrzají při každém otočení. Pro 4 osoby jsme dostali 4 osušky a pouze 1 ručník, obvyklé je mít jeden ručník na osobu. Žádali jsme o další a dostali jsme jen 1 navíc. K venkovnímu krytému bazénu byl uzamčen přístup.

Leider nichts.
Zimmer sind abgewohnt, Bettwäsche war zerrissen. Die Zimmer wurden schlecht gereinigt, das Waschbecken ist in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt worden. Safe war nicht benutzbar. Der Außenpool war defekt. Die Bar die angepriesen wurde hatte nicht geöffnet.....

We stayed only one night, but we were very happy with this experience. The hotel is easy to find, the room was very spacious and confortable, hudge terrace and windows facing the Balaton lake, perfect temperature inside. The staff was very kind. We had Halfboard included (dinner and breakfast) and we were very satisfied with both - varied and tasty.

20 m from Balaton, great beds, very clean and spacy rooms, in total very clean hotel , smiling personnel, helpful and friendly, very rich breakfast
chicken breasts at dinner were cold, serving of cakes not refilled so we didt get any (not hard feelings as we went to town for a dessert)

Terrase is beautyfull. Breakfast was excellent. Personel was very kind. Room was very big.
Wellnes and spa zone not as expected. Sauna was infrared without rocks and water.

no cleaning, no fresh towels, room was dirty, sauna did not work, trampolin was broken, staff could almost no english, food was full of fat and oil.

We had a good view of the Balaton. Great choices for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful.

We had breakfast and dinner included in the room rate and the food was tasteful. The room and terrace were quite big.
The spa was a joke, the wet sauna didn't worked. Even though it was hot outside the pool from outside wasn't opened. All in all the spa center was very small, so if there were more than 10 people, it was already crowded. The staff didn't speak almost any English, so if you are not german or hungarian, it is quite difficult to speak with them. Even though they are charging you if you park the car inside the yard, there are plenty of spaces available around the hotel, so it's not worth spending the money with that. The coffee in the morning was the worst I ever tasted. We spend 5 days there and they didn't changed the bed sheets and the towels were changed only once.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big and clean with everything we needed. About the staff all I can say is good things…very friendly and helpful with all we asked. The guy on the reception was really kind to give us bicycles even if it was not the season. The food was very tasty and variated as well. Plenty of choices. It was a very pleasant stay.

Nice rooms, good location, near the lake. Good food.
The name does not reflect reality. The spa, which is a small jacuzzi was out of order. Other than that, there is a small pool. It's a nice place, just expected more from a 4star hotel.
