This hotel truly went above and beyond for us. From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was going to be something special. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they kept leaving thoughtful little gifts in our room after learning we had just gotten married the week before in Spain. It’s easily the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Ibiza, and the price was very reasonable. Also, be sure to visit the rooftop restaurant, Maymanta, which serves outstanding Peruvian food. Both the dishes and the atmosphere were exceptional!

**Hotel Review: Aguas de Ibiza, Ibiza**
My best friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aguas de Ibiza, and it truly was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by all the staff. The reception team was welcoming, the valet parking was seamless, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations and bookings. Every interaction made us feel like valued guests.
One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar, where we spent many evenings enjoying the stunning views and delicious cocktails. It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The ambiance was simply unbeatable.
The hotel's location is also excellent, especially if you have a rental car. It offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to many charming restaurants, all within a 15-minute drive. This made it easy for us to enjoy both the tranquility of the hotel and the vibrant dining scene nearby.
Aguas de Ibiza also boasts top-notch facilities that added to our experience. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our fitness routine during the stay. However, the real gem is the spa. The serene atmosphere, combined with a range of treatments, left us feeling completely rejuvenated. Whether it was the soothing massages or the relaxing sauna, every moment spent in the spa was pure bliss.
While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of areas where we feel there could be some improvement. The breakfast offered was good, but we did find it a bit on the pricey side for what was provided. Additionally, we noticed that some guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool by leaving their towels on them, which made it difficult to find available spots at times.

Hotel is not in a great shape anymore, needs some renovation here and there. Staff at breakfast ok, but not what I expect in a 5 start hotel.

Das Hotel gesamt sehr schön eingerichtet und gestaltet. Alles modern und sauber. Unsere Grand Corner Suite war sehr groß mit herrlichem Blick auf die Marina und auch Santa Eulalia. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe noch selten in einem Hotel einen so guten Kleiderschrank gehabt (Platzangebot, Aufteilung und Innenausstattung). Die Dame vom Housekeeping (leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen) war ganz wunderbar. Wir haben Sie am 1. Tag um etwas gebeten, das hat sie sich gemerkt, und hat die ganze Woche wunderbar geklappt. Frühstücksbuffet (inkl. A-la-carte Service) top. (Adults- only) Rooftop Pool sehr empfehlenswert zum Entspannen, sehr schöne Atmosphäre und auch hier traumhafte Aussicht. (Leider wurde für bestimmte Gäste eine Ausnahme mit den Kindern gemacht. Ich bin kein Kinderfeind, habe selbst 2 Kinder, aber wenn das so angeboten wird, sollte das auch ausnahmslos eingehalten werden) Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche im Aguas de Ibiza verbracht.
Die Betten waren leider ganz furchtbar. Bei jeder Drehung hat es furchtbare, laute Geräusche gemacht.
Beim Check-in wurde uns kein Getränk angeboten, obwohl das offensichtlich Standard ist. Als wir in der Lobby auf unser Zimmer warteten, mussten wir dann noch 2x nachfragen, es ist niemand auf uns zugekommen um uns zu informieren, dass unser Zimmer fertig ist.
Wir haben über Booking.com gebucht, dort stand, dass die Softdrinks der Minibar inkludiert sind inkl. täglicher Auffüllung. Dies wurde zuerst verneint, dann hat der Rezeptions-Manager uns zugesagt, dass es doch inkludiert ist und er sich darum kümmern würde. Wir hatten auch nach 1,5 Tagen nach unserer Ankunft noch kein Gratis Wasser erhalten, obwohl wir schon 3x nachgefragt hatten. Das Wasser haben wir dann schließlich erhalten. Die Minibar wurde während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes nur 1x nachgefüllt. Es ist an sich keine große Sache, wir trinken auch nicht so viele Softdrinks. Aber wenn mir jemand versichert, dass er sich persönlich darum kümmern wird, dann finde ich es bei einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie leider schon sehr schwach, wenn man das dann ganze Woche nicht schafft. Das ist natürlich alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber speziell die Geschichte mit der Minibar, würde ich bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse schon erwarten, dass man das dann auch einhält, was zugesagt wird.

Es wurde sofort uns die Möglichkeit gegeben, früher einzustecken, und da wir letztes Jahr schon da war, erkannte man uns auch das fand ich sehr schmeichelnd und gastfreundlich
Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass die Musikanlage und die Lautstärke sowohl beim Frühstück als oben in der Rooftopbar übertrieben laut und besonders die Bedienung in der Rooftop Bar ist verbesserungswürdig. Man musste sich umGetränke selbst kümmern, d.h. es waren bei Gott nicht viele Gäste oben und es waren 2-3 Angestellte aber die waren mit anderen Dingen mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial Schulung vielleicht

Het plaatsje is super leuk. Alles te vinden. Hotel ook mooi maar vind het in verhouding best duur voor wat je krijgt en de service.
De douch!! Temperatuur wisselt steeds. Op zich niet heel erg maar als je van normaal naar heet gaat is dat wel gevaarlijk. Helemaal met kinderen. Personeel bij zwembad had oogkleppen op. Zag je niet. Receptie erg aardig.

Nous séjournons pour la 4ème fois dans cet hôtel qui nous plait toujours autant, le personnel est sympathique, le petit déjeuner délicieux et très varié et les chambres agréables.
Malheureusement ce sera la dernière fois que nous y séjournerons car la marina s'est bien agrandie et les machines techniques (levage des bateaux ..etc) sont désormais juste devant l'hôtel et en fonction une grande partie de la journée; ce qui engendre un bruit considérable.

The hotel may look like a 5-star establishment, but the service is far from it. I've never had such an experience at a supposed 5-star hotel. When I checked into the Junior Suite, I found many essentials missing—no toiletries, no water, no coffee, etc. I called reception, and they apologized politely, assuring me that housekeeping would bring the missing items. Hours passed, and nothing arrived. I called repeatedly, but it took them five hours to resolve the issue.
This scenario repeated for four consecutive days, forcing me to almost beg for basic amenities daily. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
Clearly, there's a lack of proper management. I hope they change their policies soon. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in Ibiza!! The staff are not helpful at all and didn’t care about the issues we all had during our stay!
Alarm went off one night at 1:45am and the one member of staff didn’t have a clue what to do, it went on for 90mins!! The whole building was awake, the lights then kept going off throughout out our stay every evening!
The next evening, we got woken up by a neighbour blaring music from 11:30pm to 3am, after calling reception, I was told they would turn it off, 30mins later and music still blaring, called again and then got told “F*#k you” not once but twice! One hour later the music was still not turned off! Receptionist then said they will try again to nothing.
Spoke to Raquel the hotel manager who was very apologetic but did little to help with the fact my stay was ruined and we couldn’t go out due to the sheer tiredness!
Food ordered was incorrect 2 out of 4 times and the coffee took 15/20mins to arrive!! We ate our breakfast and the coffee still didn’t turn up….
The worst part is that they didn’t even offer to refund any of my stay which was unbelievable! Shocking service.

Great location, walking distance to the local town center, easy access to restaurants, bars and the marina. Hotel is nice, well kept. Rich breakfast buffet and attentive staff. Pool and garden is nice with comfortable sun beds. There are also enough parking spaces in front of the hotel.
The bed could have been a bit softer, but it’s my personal preference.

Everything from the checking in to the checking out. We booked for 1 night for our Honeymoon after marrying in Ibiza and wanted to travel a bit just the 2 of us. We were given a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite and it only got better from there. The spa was amazing, massage was amazing and we booked the rooftop restaurant which again - Amazing! We had the most perfect table overlooking the harbour and the food was delicious and service incredible. We then returned to our room to a surprise of a bottle of bubbly with a lovely note to congratulate us. The staff were so lovely and the hotel is gorgeous with great views. Will be back for our anniversary.

When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room that was unclean. We waited for more than an hour to get a new room, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. As a result, we missed our reservation for dinner at the restaurant. Moreover, the reception desk didn't function properly. The only positive aspect was the food in the hotel restaurant. Other than that, there was nothing good about it. I do not recommend staying here! Please choose another hotel. This place does not deserve a 5-star rating!!!!

We loved the different zones to cater for all groups
Service was slightly disappointing as my daughters booked balloons, champagne and cake for arrival which did not appear - just a message on the mirror. When they asked for it to be delivered again before dinner it again didn’t arrive and was eventually delivered to their room without time to enjoy it together on our balcony.

THE ROOM 221
- On arrival the room smelled very bad, a bit like cat urine.This can just be me and my wife not liking the smell of the cleaning products, but still very unpleasant
- There was a obvious and big stain on the bed spread. See photo. This is unaccaptable to us for a 5-star hotel
- The airconditiong was not working on arrival in the room. I called the reception who needed to reset the panel, after which it worked
- But during my call with reception on the airconditiong, I also mentioned that some buttons on the panels were coming loose. Maintenance would come to fix, but they never did. One of these panels, the one with the one the buttons completely off, was next to the bed. I don't know if this can cause a shock by touching this open panel, but I didn't like to sleep next to it and having to reach for it in the dark to turn on the lights. See photos for panels with missing/loose buttons.
- The lights in the bathroom were not working (see photo)
- The hair dryer in the bathroom wasn't working correctly (no hot air, only cold)
- The shower had little pressure and didn't provide hot water in the morning. And the water wasn't running away as fast as needed, leading to us showering in 30 cm's of showerwater in the tub.
- The TV was not connected to internet, so could not be used to watch streaming services like Netflix (I tried to use the Chromecast function, but that doesn;t work either)
- Not a malfunction, just something that bothered me; there is no space in the bathroom to leave your stuff. I had to balance my toiletry bag on the edge of the sink and my wife had no space to put hers.
THE RESTAURANT MAYMANTA
- I ordered a final digestive drink after dinner, but never received it. I mentioned we were waiting for it, but didn't want it anymore as we wanted to go to bed. The waiters apologised, but in the end the drink was still on the bill and I had to ask them to correct it. Unaccaptable for any restaurant.

The staff on reception where not helpful or friendly. The floor tiles where uneven round pool and in restaurant, making me to trip over. Breakfast poor and not enough staff to cater for the amount of guests. Had a suite and no full length mirror
