The location was great. The restaurant staff was really nice. Reception staff were nice, however didn’t seem to want to help much or give recommendations.

The standard room, should’ve been a single room. The bathroom door opens into the room with absolutely no space between the door and bed. The room was too small, for the price you pay it doesn’t really make sense.

Lovely pool area with very comfortable sunbeds and a clean toilet nearby. The bar was well stocked and bedrooms very clean. Lots of lovely restaurants close by and supermarkets a 2 min walk away.

Rooms need a fridge and better quality towels but other than that a great stay!

The hotel is amazing! The interior design and colour scheme were so chic. Poolside is one of the most relaxing spaces I've been. Breakfast selection really good and nicely displayed/served.

I have only two suggestions, and these do not retract from the ambience of the hotel. I will definitely be returning....! 1. The menu is only small and it's a real shame. The hotel setting deserves a busier restaurant but the choice is too limited. 2. It would be a lovely touch, if staff came around the pool regularly and took orders for drinks.

Breakfast poor, rooms poor with very ineffective air conditioning. Snacks at lunchtime dreadful. Really dangerous steps around the hotel. Staff had little knowledge around the area

It was very colourful, it had a lot of nature and it was so beautiful The owners and staff were so sweet and helpful, we’ve been here twice and it never dissapoints.

Location is fabulous with lovely views to the sea. Quirky but cool interiors. Amazing outdoor secret areas to relax and chill, great pool with double bed sun loungers. Great buffet breakfast and lovely staff

Family business, I appreciated Carla and Hector's warm welcome in their homely boutique hotel. The massages by the pool are a must!

Not all staff is as helpful and kind as the owners. I've have asked for a late check out and it was declined by another staff member.

WARNING: This hotel DOES NOT have parking. Their 'parking' offered is that you can park on the street. Along with thousands of other people in the area. It is a narrow thin street on a hill which has many residents plus other hotel guests so it is near impossible to find a space and stressful to park if you do. I had to drive around and around and park quite far away. I didn't even want to go out again once I had a space as I had no idea how I would find one next time. During the daytime you will NEVER find a space. I purposely chose this hotel believing they had designated parking meaning a lot for their customers. They do not. Also, this hotel is falling apart. The railing at the bottom of the outside steep stairs is loose which is very dangerous. The walls are thin, towels and sheets the lowest quality, mattresses were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Soap and products on offer were cheap. I could not believe what they charge for this crap place. The pictures are VERY DECEIVING. Save yourselves. We moved to another hotel and were so much happier, I just regret wasting a lot of money as they force you to prepay.

The attention of the staff was very friendly and kind. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated, and 10-15 minute walk to Santa Eulalia beach, with all the restaurants and bars. I believe it is a good place for a couple or a solo traveller looking for a more quiet and relaxed stay.
