L'affitto è un accogliente, confortevole, pulito unità all'interno di un 5 a 7 minuti a piedi l'ingresso alla spiaggia pubblica, a un isolato dalla strada principale spiaggia (con regolare servizio di autobus da e per Bridgetown). La spiaggia di Sandy Lane (una delle migliori spiagge della costa occidentale delle Barbados) si trova a 10 minuti a piedi a sud dal condominio. Holetown (la seconda città più grande delle Barbados) è a 10 minuti a piedi a nord dal condominio con servizi locali disponibili come supermercati, ristoranti, cliniche e il nuovissimo centro commerciale Limegrove con grandi negozi di lusso (Louis Vutton, ecc.), Un nuovo cinema, ristoranti, ecc.
Il condominio ha una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e aria condizionata (solo camera da letto!). L'unità dispone di un completo servizio Internet in fibra ottica disponibile per gli ospiti. C'è anche una nuovissima lavatrice nell'unità per l'uso esclusivo degli ospiti che è una caratteristica raramente trovata in unità simili come la nostra nella zona. C'è anche un mini-centro commerciale dall'altra parte della strada che ha un minimarket e caffetterie (con connessione internet gratuita) e servizi di salone di bellezza. Inoltre, c'è un furgoncino locale che vende il pranzo dal lunedì al venerdì con cibo locale Barbados (Bajan) come pollo, maiale, pesce, ecc., I parchi immediatamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al condominio e ha prezzi molto ragionevoli che è un bella opzione dai ristoranti più costosi della zona.

C'è anche un nuovo Boardwalk (completato nel dicembre 2013) in riva al mare che parte dalla nostra spiaggia locale in direzione nord verso Holetown e oltre ed è sede di ulteriori spiagge e bar e ristoranti sulla spiaggia (a circa 1 km da Holetown) . Questa Boardwalk è stata recentemente estesa oltre Holetown e ora offre una favolosa passeggiata (da 45 minuti a 1 ora) verso nord in direzione di Speightstown fino a Alleyne's Bay ed è una fantastica aggiunta di cose da fare nella nostra zona.

We came to stay for 8 nights, looking for a budget friendly property, but within walking distance to the beaches, bars and restaurants.
Well we certainly found the ideal property.
As I mention it is a budget property, but the cleanliness was superb, facilities as described and the Air Con very welcome during the nights.
For those wanting that early morning coffee fix, right across from the property is a coffee shop and you can tell the quality by the frequent visitors, getting the morning fix.
Short walk either up Flamboyant or on the main road, you reach the Chattel shops what Carizma is located for a fab breakfast if you want to have a break from cooking. Try the Corned Beef Hash!!!
Anyway back to the property, does what it says on the tin, and provided for our wants and needs.

Fantastic place to stay - lovely setting and location and with everything you need
What a great place to stay! It was in a brilliant location near the supermarket, coffee shop and other shops, and the condo was lovely inside and out, clean throughout, very comfortable bedroom and living area and exceptionally well stocked (everything has been thought of, from beach chairs and towels, washing machine, trolley and cool bag for the supermarket and much more!). The kitchen has everything you need, and we loved the addition of a BBQ which we used a lot with fresh fish from the nearby exceptional Payne’s Bay market. Lovely to sit out on the outdoor terrace in the evenings and relax. So close to walk to the beach and restaurants, and access to the beach club with pool was a real bonus.
Robert and Fay, and Sarah and Grace, were all really friendly and helped us have a fantastic stay - thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Good, basic accommodation in Sunset Crest!
We had a great week in the Barbados!
This Airbnb was quite adequate and perfectly suited our needs. Robert, our host, was very helpful and sent a good information package promptly after our booking.
Sarah, the property manager, was also quite helpful and there to greet us upon arrival.
The condo was in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the beach!
Our only minor complaint was that the bed, although clean and comfortable, was not as large as the queen size bed we are accustomed to in Canada.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A good find...
Perfectly positioned as only 5 - 10 minutes to the beach, Bank, shops, bars, restaurants and local transport which covers entire Island. Quiet at night if you’d like to relax and watch tellie or listen to birds. A clean, comfortable and functional unit.

This little studio was perfect for us.
Very comfortable.We ate out alot during our stay,but the kitchen was perfect for breakfast and snacks.The bed was comfortable.The bathroom was well appointed,and the little porch was great for our quiet evenings.Cannot say enough about the location.All amenities within walking distance,including the beach ,just 5 min walk away.Robert was great to deal with.Made this stay very easy.I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic holiday!
We stayed at this condo for three weeks and had a brilliant time. Everything was there to make a self catering holiday easy, from the washing machine to the shopping trolley for trips to the supermarket. It is a short walk to the beach and the restaurants and there is a good coffee shop oposite. The bus stop is only a few yards away. Sarah, the representative could not have been more helpful. All in all, a really good place to stay.

Affordable self-catering base in a great location
We very much enjoyed our two weeks in this apartment. It had everything we needed and was close to all the main facilities in Sunset Crest / Holetown. The wifi, bedroom air-conditioning, mobile phone for local use and beach club card were all included within the booking price, which was great. Contact with the owners, Robert and Fay, was efficient, friendly and helpful, as was the service from their property manager on arrival and departure.

So nice we came back for a 2nd stay
We last stayed here in November 2016 and liked it so much that we returned in June 2017.
In that time the owners have made some improvements which in our view make the apartment even better. The main door has been replaced - this improves on the sound insulation (not that we ever found noise to be a problem on both of our stays anyway), microwave has been replaced, the bathroom shower is much improved and there is now a huge 16kg capacity washing machine which is a huge bonus. We were away for a month in total and it was very convenient to be able to machine wash our clothes, beach towels etc. on a regular basis.
As we were leaving Sarah, the representative was arranging an appointment for fibre optic internet to be installed. I presume that this has now been done.
We really like staying here. It is nicely appointed and maintained, in a great location and we hope to return again some time in the future.

Great base to enjoy the area
Great value for money accommodation with places to eat, shop and pamper yourself right on the doorstep. Sarah and Benita the local contacts were friendly, and knowledgeable about the area, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this accommodation as a place to stay.

Well equipped condo in a good location
We stayed at Rob & Fay's condo in November 2016. Rob was very quick to respond to our initial enquiries and even sent links to some videos which he had put on youtube where he shows what is in it, and the surrounding area, which we found very helpful.
It is very well equipped and had pretty much everything we required. The shopper was particularly appreciated for trips to and from the supermarket. The kitchen is definitely a 'single person' kitchen, but there's everything you need - a good selection of pots, pans, utensils, fridge, freezer, oven etc. We found that the toaster kept setting off the smoke alarm, (you need to press the button in the middle to silence it) and (a tip) if you're cooking a lot it's helpful to use one of the provided fans to blow air into the kitchen area.
The bedroom had free A/C which was appreciated and an extremely comfortable bed.
The nearest beach is about 5 mins walk away - we found it easiest to walk along Flamboyant Ave & then turn down a small paved track towards the main road - cross over & the access to the beach is just about opposite.
It's easy to get into Holetown too, which takes about 10 minutes. Once again walk along Flamboyant Ave & then just carry on through the car park & past the Chattel Village.
Sarah, the property manager, was very helpful, Bonita the maid kept the place nice & clean and the taxi (Patrick) which was organised for us from the airport was excellent too.
We really liked the apartment and the very convenient location and hope to be able to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Great Owners and Great Loacation!
Great budget accommodation in an excellent location. Very close to coffe shops, restaurant, convenience/beach shop, bank, duty free shopping, bus stops ...and more importantly, right by Cheryl's food truck with delicious food, and only about a 5 minute or less walk to the beach! Owner and property manager were also very reliable and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

recommended budget apartment
The apartment selected from the cheapest ones was a perfect choice, both for the position and for comfort.
The bed is comfortable and the shower is large and doesen't flood the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook any dish.
The living room has a sofa that turns into bed that we used to sleep the child .
The house is quite warm , but equipped with air conditioning and fans .
The veranda is equipped with barbeque , but we have not used .
Two steps away there's the Beach House , a club with swimming pool and easy access to the beach . Free Wifi is useful for updating your social networks .
A few meters away you can find restaurants and supermarkets , and if you are fussy then there is also Luis Vuitton.

An excellent self catering base
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Condo and enjoyed every minute, over the last 17 years we have rented several apartments / condos and to be honest this is the best so far and would return on our next visit.The accommodation is clean and has everything you would need, the added bonus was the air conditioning in the bedroom,we had many comfortable nights of sleep and in the daytime it cooled the whole of the property.
We are very familiar with the area and this was a perfect base for us. In addition I would like to add that Sarah and Beunita are both very warm and welcoming which is not always the case when renting a property.
Would recommend a visit.

Home Away From Home
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The condo was truly a home away from home. It was equipped with everything I needed and was close to EVERYTHING (supermarket, bus, banks, coffee shop, convenience store, shopping, beach, pool, you name it!). The owner, Rob, gave outstanding customer service from the time I booked the reservation and it continued right up until I checked in. He gave such helpful, and detailed information that made me feel so comfortable and confident that I made a great choice by choosing to stay at his condo. The only thing is I wished it had it's own Wi-Fi. I tried to pick up the free Wi-Fi from the coffee shop across the street but it was very unstable and weak inside the condo and even on the patio most times. Other than that, everything was great. I most definitely will stay at the condo again in the future. I am actually looking forward to it right now and I just got home last night! Definitely worth the price. You won't regret it!

Excellent value and great location!
I had spent most of my holiday budget on getting to Barbados (from UK) so I knew from the outset that I was looking for a budget (self catering) apartment. Further I was travelling with my 13 year old daughter so also wanted somewhere that was clean and tidy, safe and secure, as well as closeby to things to do. I really couldn't have asked for anything more with this apartment! Rob and Fay were readily to hand to answer my myriad of questions and concerns with openness. Rob sends you video footage so you can really see what you are getting (both in the cottage and in the locality) in the utmost detail, so there are no surprises and you have realistic expectations. In the apartment we really valued the aircon and fans to help cool us as well as the range of up to date DVDs and the comfy armchairs and sofa (not always a given in holiday rentals). We weren't out often or late in the evening so that was great for us. The patio was pleasant too: spacious and secure. It really had everything we needed and fitted our requirements perfectly..
What I also appreciated - alongside its affordable nature - was its location. After seeing various places on the island snorkelling at nearby Beachlands was still our favourite activity and so close! We also enjoyed the access to the beach club (though only once as beaches are all so beautiful) and loved going to Surfside beach bar for sundowners, walking the boardwalk, wading to Sandy Lane bay, getting about on reggae buses, window shopping closeby at malls (Limegrove and Sunset), cinema (you can order snacks and drinks to your table!). The supermarket being close by too within walking distance was really helpful.
From my perspective this is an excellent value apartment so If you too are looking for somewhere affordable then this is just the ticket! I'm hoarding my pennies until I can visit again!

Excellent budget condo.
The condo is excellent value for a budget holiday. The location is superb, and the added use of the Beach Club and Pool was a real bonus. Rob and Fay are great hosts and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. As does Sarah (the onsite representative) who goes above and beyond ones expectations, just a lovely lady. In our opinion this is the best area in Barbados. We will be booking for 2015.

STELLAR customer service from owners; location ...
We were very pleased with the EXCEPTIONAL customer service of the owners; their emails were very prompt, thorough and accurate. In addition we really appreciated that they were flexible with our last minute travel. We loved the YouTube videos.
The property was well maintained/equipped, cozy and clean; safe and secure. The owners described it accurately. The location was perfect for us - close walking distance to beach, pool, shopping and to see the green monkeys. The beaches are awesome and you can always find a patch of shade - we snorkeled every day right off the beach.
Wy-fi readily available at pool; the use of the local cell phone was an awesome benefit for us.
We loved the food from the fellow in the hatch-back - vegetarian - he is a food artist - just north of Holetown.
Access the pool was a great added benefit - loved cooling off in the afternoon and sharing stories with fellow travelers. The air conditioner came in handy for sleeping.
We really enjoyed our stay; the friendliness and customer service of the owners set the very positive tone for our vacation in paradise.

Cozy little condo in Sunset Crest
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. My husband and I spent two weeks there and enjoyed every moment. Bedroom has A/C, ceiling fan in the living/dining room. Nice veranda and beautiful gardens. The beach (5 min. walk) was beautiful, the water was crystal clear. The local contact, Sarah, was great. She was very knowledgeable and took good care of us. We felt very safe and would definitely go back there and recommend it to family and friends.

A Great Little Apartment
We spent a week in this quiet, clean and comfortable apartment and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was perfect for cooking fresh fish from the fish-market in town. There is a beautiful beach across the street, and a number of very good restaurants in the neighborhood. It was great to have morning coffee on the patio everyday. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to have a relaxing (and reasonably priced) vacation in Barbados.

Family Getaway
This was our first sun destination vacation with our our 2 year old son and first time to Barbados!
The Owners of the condo were so incredibly helpful in preparing for our trip. They provided us with wonderful resources and maps of the island as well as feedback on where to visit and things to do with a young child. Just amazing.
The Condo is very clean and has most of everything you need, and is wonderfully located. The beach is 5 minutes away and if you bring snorkeling gear, its only a 5 minute swim to a wonderful coral reef. The beach-club is also only a 5 minute walk from the condo if you want to lay out by the pool. A great fruit stand and the grocery store are only 7 minutes away. Holetown is only 10 minutes away and the restaurants are just fantastic. Finally, 2 great coffee shops an Internet Cafe and a giant duty free are right outside your door.
I highly recommend this condo and have already recommended it to friends. My family and I would definitely go back.

Best Holiday
We spend our holiday from the end of January till the middle of February in this very nice Condo.
This was our second time we visit Barbados and it was the best.
The Condo is very clean and you have all you need.
It has the best location in the street.
You can do everything by foot. Coffeshop , shopping , beach , Internet Cafe
all you need is very close to the Condo.
The Owners are amazing.Everything runs without any Problems.
They could not make anything better.
Alltogether we must say that everything has deserved the highest award that you can give.
Our next Holiday in Barbados is in exactly the same Condo.We

Excellent Location
We booked this property with short notice and were not too sure what to expect. We have travelled to Barbados in the past and knew where on the Island we wanted to stay. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the wonderful caretaker who toured us through our accomodations. The property was exactly as the owners described. It was very clean, very secure and incredibly well equipped. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and is extremely close to all amenities. A short walk (less than 5 min.) to the grocery store, shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was nice to be able to leave our valuables at home and enjoy a swim without worrying about the bag left on the beach or in the car. The secure patio was wonderful for relaxing on those quiet evenings or enjoying our morning coffee.
The owners were very easy to deal with, considering our time schedule and very prompt in their response to our numerous questions.
We would definitley recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.
