The breakfast spread was really good, they had so many varieties and the taste was equally good. The location is good as well, it was walking distance from the cable car station to the Titlis mountain and it was opposite the train station, we just had to walk out, cross the road and voila we were in this place. Staffs were helpful although there was no one to man the reception after a certain time we messaged them here to ask for extra pillows and it was immediately attended to. The view from this place, I mean we were surrounded by mountains with peaks covered in snow, just stunning.

There were no doors for the bathroom! It was open I mean, there was a sliding door for the shower and toilet area but the bath itself was exposed. So this was the only con and perhaps it could have been cleaner, I mean just in general, it was not so bad though.

The property has an excellent location and beautiful decor

Da ich sehr früh unterwegs war, gab es noch kein Frühstücksbuffet. Ich bekam aber auf Vorbestellung eine Frühstücksbox, die sehr grosszügig war. Kaffee kann man 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr im Gang beziehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders gefallen hat mir natürlich die Regenwalddusche und das sehr schön abgestimmte Interieur. Das Hotel wurde wirklich in den Zimmern sehr toll renoviert. Das Hotel befindet sich unmittelbar bei der Bahnstation.

Von aussen sieht man dem Hotel gar nicht an, wie schön das Innere renoviert worden ist. Aber anscheinend steht das Gebäude unter Heimatschutz.

Located opposite the train station. Friendly staff. Refurbished internally with comfy beds and sustainability focus. Excellent breakfast.

It can get a bit noisy at night given its location, but window insulation addresses almost all of it. Somewhat pricey rooms.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. And great location for skiing or hiking.

No veg option in Break fast, rooms because of too small window, bed, lack of staff presnce 24 hours. Very poor WiFi.

Breakfast was very nice.

The restaurant staff did not provide a good table saying it was reserved even no one came for 1 hour while we were on another table. It would be great if they have a fan in every room during summers. The room gets very stuffy. The reception staff are amateurs..can do better.
