The room was good, all appliances were working, the view was nice. The stuff was also very nice and helpful.

The noise! There is some restaurant (night club?) from hell right beside the hotel. At 23.00 they turn on some awful club music and there is no escape from it, even closing all windows doesn’t help! Plus drunk people that yell and throw up on the square in front of the hotel. It was impossible to sleep, not sure ear plugs would help.

Great location, bang in the city centre. Comfortable apartment with a washing machine. Functional kitchen.

The property had one bathroom and two toilets. For a family of five this wasn't ideal. Air conditioning wasn't satisfactory so we had to ask for three portable fans for the three rooms.

this was room 511. there was noise. endless noise. 1: ventilation was constantly droning. it was not able to turn it off. 2. occasionally (3-4 times a night), for 30 seconds there was a high pitched noise coming from the bathroom ceiling. 3. Thursday to Sunday, every morning, the empty bottles from bars at the courtyard were thrown anywhere from 1 to 2 times starting at 8am to 9am. the noise is hurtful and loud and ear scratching. half of the apartments in the hotel overlooked the inner courtyard. i assume they would suffer the same noise pollution. the courtyard in turn was nothing else but a collection of trashcans for local bars. 4. there was a construction, they were also noisy. the bathroom was a joke. sitting on the toilet seat was quite uncomfortable coz the paper roll holder was too wide and blocked the person's shoulder. toilet paper was of the cheapest single ply. shower cabin was so tiny, it was not possible to bend down (no, I'm not fat). shower cabin doors didn't fully open, coz the bathroom cabinet was blocking it. shower tap was closed tight so hard, because otherwise it would leak and drip all day long. the shower cabin was leaking into the bathroom. the living room sockets stopped working permanently after a day or two, when the microwave was turned on. there was a kitchen, but, no salt, no sugar, no oil, no paper towels. the bathroom sink was partly clogged. took minutes to completely drain the water. the apartment's door had zero sound insulation. spoken word was 1 to 1 audible inside the room. the drain pipe "breather" was covered by a plastic foil ... though guests are given a sheet of paper to explain a few things, but there was zero information about the corridor doors and hotel entrance door being closed after 24h. the corridor door towards the elevators was automatically locked, and only by pushing an additional button (marked 24) could it be opened.

La vitroceramica no funciona. Hay un ruido constante de la campana extractora que no deja dormir y llamamos para pedir ayuda y tardaron más de una hora en llegar y no nos solucionaron el problema.
