The huge balcony, the view, perfect location. If the weather was a bit better we actually could walk to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The staff was very friendly, and even let us to check in a bit earlier .

Fabulous in every way, absolutely cannot fault this property. Clean well equipped apartment with private terrace, access to free laundry services. Staff were perfect. Thank you 😊

I never thought there is such a place I'll give a full score. I like its spaciousness, it cleanliness, its considerCness. We're very well received and introduced to the enviro. The kitchen is a surprise, a pleasant one though. The entire room has many little touches which makes me feel its taste.

It had a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains. Easy walking distance to both Fussen and Schwangau.

We loved the property. The only tiny negative was that as it was at the top of the building it was always very hot.

The Haus Luna is very comfortable for familiy vacation. The facility in the apartment is very complete and every detail is taken care with. The L-shape big balcony in Luna 3 is very nice. You can see the schloss Neuschwanstein from the balcony. The location is perfect and quiet. It is easy to reach Füssen old town and to the Schloss. It is also very easy to find restaurants, shopping centers nearby. The hotel personal are very friendly and informative.

Really loved my stay here. The apparment is beautifull, clean, spacious and comfortable. It is on a nice quiet place/location with a very large balcony overlooking nothing but fields. Late arrival was no problem with an access code send via SMS and the keybox at the front. Hosts were very helpfull and responded quickly to messages. After booking you receive a mail(link) with loads of useful information. And there is also a card given to you that provides discount on transport and sights.

Not really a negative, but for a restaurant you can best head to Fussen. Options in walking distance of the appartment are very limited.

The apartment is in a great setting, very close to the castle. The interior of the apartment was also clean and check-in and check-out was easy.

There is no microwave in the kitchen as well as no freezer space in the refrigerator.

Beautiful house with a huge backyard. We have everything we need here and a very good sleep at night. Decide to stay 2 days longer in this house. Good communication with the staff.

The property was very clean and tidy and the host was exceptionally accommodating and co-operative. Highly recommend.

Recently refrubished, will all modern fittings and fixtures

The advert, described a bedroom, but there was only one room with bed, sofa and kitchen around the corner. We had our young son and chose the place because we thought there was a separate bedroom. The bathroom is tucked in the eves of the house so if you are tall, navigating it without banging your head is difficult especially in the middle of the night. The keys are not given out until right at 3pm with no exception and then you have to wait while 6 other people are given their keys and shown their rooms, or you arrive earlier and wait. The owner who gave us the keys was not very friendly, and insisted we park the cars in backwards without giving a reason why.
