Incredible location. Friendly staff.

The view was second to none and was great to enjoy from the balcony. The breakfast was very delicious and we were given plenty. The staff made the experience as they were very friendly and were able to help when we needed it. Will definitely be back!

All staff members were incredibly helpful without exception. Breakfast (especially the sous vides eggs) was really delicious.

Could not use master bath for top-level apartment. Was reimbursed for this inconvenience however.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the lake. Just steps from the front door to the walkway around the lake. So fun to walk down the walkway with the beautiful lake and the fun restaurants and shops along the way. Great place to stay! Loved our food though we thought it was included and left without paying😬😅 it was delicious food and great service! Definitely would stay here again! Great time!

The location is great, just in front of the lake overlooking the alps. Fussen and nearby attractions are easy accessible by car within minutes. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Shower sprayer broken Chimney from hotel was covering our balcony with black smoke. Ventilation fan in bathroom extremely loud, vibration. checkout was 10am - pretty early Pool was closed - Restaurant was not open for dinner

Nice, cozy hotel. The outdoor sauna was absolutely wonderful. Great location and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very cosy and the view of the lake from the room balcony was stunning! Everything in the hotel was well done and we would definitely stay here again. On request, the hotel staff decorated our room with rose petals and provided champagne to celebrate our special occasion which was extremely appreciated. Very very happy with our stay at Seehotel Hartung!

Out of the control of the hotel but the public transport (bus) to the hotel from Füssen was infrequent so made it difficult to organise our day.

Wonderful view, sitting on the balcony and quiet bedroom behind. Good ventilation.

Parking was a bit difficult but we managed, staff were helpful but communication was difficult. Booking.com advertised one price but charged me more.

The hotel appartment is giving you a breathaking view of the lake and mountains with snow, we love it. Near from the two famous castles and some other tourist spots. Breakfast is fair and the lady who are serving the guests is really nice. Most of their staff are friendly. We appreciate well the theme/decos of the hotel appartment, breakfast area is cozy.We are satified.

It depends on the guests, for us everything are good.

What a great place... beautiful views of the lake and mountains (see photo from our balcony), very friendly and helpful staff and within walking distance from many restaurants and a few shops. Because of Corona we couldn’t order breakfast as we were in an apartment, but we could order fresh bread rolls (which were delivered to our door) and there were 2 fridges in the hotel, with fresh farm milk, yoghurt, eggs, cheeses, cold meat etc as well as drinks to buy. The wellness area was great... a whirlpool, sauna and resting area. The massage therapist was really good and we would recommend her anytime. For cyclists, there was an extra garage to store the bicycles, which gets locked at night. All in all.. a wonderful relaxing week.. we will be back

The stairs to the top floor.. but it wasn’t really a problem. Only exhausting after a long bike ride or with heavy suitcases. The shower curtain could do with replacing.

Spacious and calm

the location was ideal for our short break. across the road is a beautiful lake with walking paths and terrific views of the mountains, we had our own Huge patio off of the living space to the apt, perfect. The kitchen dining space and living room were spacious and had everything you could possibly require to be comfortable and cook as well. The bedroom was large with plenty of closet space and a nice comfy large bed. The bathroom was spotless and plenty of hot water, though it was small and so was the shower box. We did not partake in the breakfast so cant help with that, the breakfast room was very pretty and looks out onto the lake. The desk clerks were all polite, friendly and helpful. Free parking for our car was a nice bonus. There were plenty of places to eat when I didn't want to cook. It was a short drive to the walking platz area to shop and tour around Fussen, also it was a short drive to Cinderella's castle and Ludwig's "hunting lodge". A lot of tv channels to choose from if you need them. Internet was strong. It was not noisy or smoky. Our 1 request upon booking was answered within minutes by the hotel and was filled as promised. We would certainly go back just based on location, roominess, cleanliness and staff.

the huge patio has been allowed to run down and needs refurbishing, doesn't match with the nice apt. its attached to. Also not a complaint but a heads up for those with mobility issues, there are inclines and stairs to get into the hotel proper, and small spaces to navigate within. The apts. are located in the building next door to access them its several stairs then more inside. If you get apt. 15/16 its just the initial steps outside and no steps in side. I would def ask the hotel before booking if this may be an issue for you.
