Las albercas están super lindas, el cuarto comodísimo, y el personal siempre muy amable. Increíble el club de playa.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The pools were perfection. I will definitely be coming back. The service was on point. There is a Starbucks cafe and market on site. It was very clean and not overcrowded. They have a kids pool, adults only pool and swim up bar! All of the staff was super nice! It’s not a party resort.

At check in, I was double charged for deposit hold. They don’t take Discover card. I did not bring multiple cards for safety. So instead of refunding me they upgraded my room. The bathroom floors are EXTREMELY slippery after your shower. Yes I slipped and had leg injury. My grand baby fell hitting her head.

The pool was nice. Room service food was good.

Water leak in the room that they refused to acknowledge, hotel staff was rude and only interested in helping if we attended their timeshare presentation. Asked for a spoon to eat an ice cream and it was dirty. Won’t stay here again. No late check out option, and no place with AC to wait for a shuttle to the airport. Spa is below the gym so all you hear is the clang of weighs on a hard floor.

the little private serenity pool was great. Loved that all cabanas and lounge areas were first come first serve for anyone.

Having a shuttle or perhaps a map to the nearest swimmable beach would have been great.

Rooms were very comfortable. The pool was great. There are Nice shops and restaurants across the street.

Price was pretty high.

The Staff, the room, the fact that i have to walk to the street with all my luggage if I uber. Front desk was not accommodating or helpful what so ever. MY boyfriend was working remote and for some reason there wasnt a desk in the room, when asked to change to one with a desk they said no, they did bring a tall table but didnt bring a proper chair so he was uncomfortable the whole time. the rooms were very dark and sad, the A/C sucked I was sweating all night, the mattress was so uncomfortable! I went to dinner with my family, and although they were staying at another hotel we stopped at the hotel to change since theirs was further away, they were gonna park and change and we were planning to continue our night... no ones allowed in the hotel after 10 these rules were never told to me. my sister was holding her dress and sandals to change her clothes and he said she was not allowed in the hotel even if I waited outside for her.. I addressed by this man aggressively, he was rude, disrespectful and for that alone I and no one I know will ever stay at this hotel ever. That was the cherry on top of the fact they the hotel over charged us an extra $800 and the front desk tried arguing with me about it till she realized I was right! You dont have a sauna in the gym area and wont let people purchase a simple spa pass to use it!! all and all I had a terrible experience and wont be back

I've never stayed at a high end hotel with the lowest quality staff. it was impossible to get drinks and food, the pool attendants always said they would be right back and never showed up. this happened every single day. I've also never experienced all chairs be taken at the pool by 6AM! they allowed people to Reserve multiple spots (chairs in 1 section for mid morning and chairs in another section for afternoon.) Only 30 % of chairs ever had people in them! the experience here was a little crazy for a place that charged us $1100 a night. they didn't make our stay great and sadly (because this place is beautiful) we wouldn't ever stay here again.
