The design and layout of the hotel feels like a true 5 star experience! The management/service went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Also, the property is only a 5 min Uber drive away from downtown San José del Cabo, so going out to eat and explore was easy! Would definitely stay again!

I can’t think of anything negative.

Water available in the gym only. It would have been nice to have the same availability in the lobby as it is a very dry and warm climate.

Very modern, cool design, a lot of different things to do. The Spa is GREAT, must get a massage during your stay. The beach area is wonderful, so relaxing. Staff is great, service is TOP, rooms are wonderful, beautiful ocean view, terrace, double shower, etc. Incredible!

Of course the breakfast menu and pool/beach menu are extremely expensive, what you would expect when staying in this kind of resort, but it was a bit too much. Pool snacks are a bit limited after the 3rd day at the resort.

the property is amazing, the architecture with pathways over the water is beautiful

staff are friendly enough but not really “engaged”, for the price they are missing the mark on the small details, prices of meals in the restaurants was over the top
