Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war extrem gut, das Frühstück war phantastisch!

Es gab einige Nottreppen - die dazu gehörigen Notausgänge waren aber zugeschlossen und waren nach unserer Erkenntnis auch nicht zu öffnen.

Room was huge and well equipped - excellent quality of fittings and level of comfort. Value for money and brilliant location in the Old Town. Breakfast buffet is extensive with many hot and cold items and extended opening times on the weekend and the opportunity to dine outdoors. Reception staff very helpful with early arrival and secure storage of luggage.

Cost of using the pool and spa for hotel guests is €15 per day - which is not appropriate. Gym is small and not readily accessible.

Świetne położenie, pokój przestronny, dobre wyposażenie. Łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja ok. Śniadania wyśmienite, personel miły i pomocny.

The location was excellent!

However, the AC didn’t work and was never fixed during my stay. I had booked a one-bedroom suite but never used the living room because the AC didn't work there. The pillows were clunky, and the mattress pad didn’t fit the bed properly—it wasn’t wide enough. The mini bar was never replenished. On day two, the glass from the previous day was not washed, and the water and beer bottles weren’t removed. The breakfast service was disappointing. On the first day, I couldn't find any plates and asked a staff member, who responded, "I see one?" I was told the staff were students, and it showed in their lack of attentiveness. For example, they didn't notice when the milk jugs or coffee makers (of which there were two) needed to be cleaned or refilled in a timely manner, leading to people lining up. This hotel is definitely not a five-star establishment. At best, it deserves a three to four-star rating. The staff were totally inadequate and not fit for hospitality.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guten Frühstück. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Können wir gut weiterempfehlen.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war ziemlich unterkühlt. Leider keine Streaming.

Elen fungerade inte bra. Vissa lampor gick inte att tända. Anmälde till Receptionen som försökte fixa, trots allt fungerade t ex inte sänglampan och i en elkontakt gick det inte att ladda mobilen. Kändes lite osäkert med el som inte fungerade bra.

Отель расположен в центре и можно дойти пешком до главных достопримечательностей. Отличный завтрак и приветливый персонал. Можно с животными.

Мы просили двуспальную кровать, но это были две обычные кровати, которые просто поставили рядом. Из-за этого несколько раз ночью мы проваливались на пол, так как кровати скользят по ковру

Hotel leży na starym mieście więc wszędzie jest blisko. Ma podziemny garaż. Pokoje sa czyste, codziennie sprzątane, Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego bufetu, dużo wszystkiego a najlepszy chleb i rogaliki. Bardzo polecam !

Stort rom, lyst og luftig. Senga var ok, men heller ikke mer. Bra med frokost inkludert.

Trekker ned at SPA med pool og sauna ikke var i drift pga renovering. Hadde hatt behov for det under iskalde novemberdager. Kaffen i frokostsalen var dårlig.

The location is very center in the city. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety . The room is pretty clean and worth the price.

I did not like the toilet is quite small for only two people. We did not have enough space to put our toiletries.

Excellent location - close to many sightseeing places and also close to the bars and restaurants area. Breakfast was excellent and served for an extended period. Our room was quiet and beds were comfortable.

Hotel consists of several connected buildings and it is quite confusing how to reach your room - take different elevators, they go only between certain floors... You'll need a day to get accustomed.

staff location breakfast was very good. Big room and reasonable price for upgrade. No extra charge for keeping the room a couple of hours.

The carpet in the room need a change. And the furniture as well. It would be nice with some sparkling wine for breakfast. Ice machine on every second floor as well.

The staff was very friendly; breakfast delicious; the room was spacious and clean; very convenient location.

the spa is closed but i understand that it's becoz of the escalating energy cost a bit noisy during weekend as one can hear the music from the club across the street even at 2 am

swimming pool and sauna were closed for construction without any notice upfront or price reduction…spa fascilities were one of the reasons we booked this hotel so it was a bit disappointing. when opening the windows it was also quite loud. mini bar items quite expensive. plus it was also very bright in the mornings with the sun coming in- additional blinds would have been good.

Air condition did not work, have to sleep with open window, with too much noise from outside. Large bad, its just 2 single beds conneted together.

The noises from other rooms were very loud through the ventilation system. The romm was very hot and the heating could not be adjusted. Opening the window made the noises loud from the traffic on the street. Coffee taste was very bad at breakfast.
