La vue, la situation géographique, la literie. Le personnel aimable a l accueil qui parlait anglais. Acces a un parc enfant depuis l hotel. Le restaurant était pas mal mais le style est vintage.

Hotel plus proche d’un 2 étoiles que d un 5 etoiles. Vieillissant. draps troués. Climatiseur jamais nettoyé. Poussière partout dans la chambre ou dans l hotel. Ne pas faire de lessive sur place, une chemise a changé de couleur et de taille. Bien que l hotel nous l ai remboursé, ils nous ont quand meme facturé le nettoyage. L hotel est assez populaire avec des personnes bruyantes.

Хотелът е разположен на добра локация. Стаите бяха чисти и добре поддържани. Спалното бельо се сменяше често. Ежедневно камериерките се интересуваха дали имаме нужда от нещо и редовно подсигуряваха чисти халати и кърпи. Бяхме впечатлени от интериора на хотела, особено ни грабна вниманието градината. Водата в басейните бяха чисти. Закуската беше разнообразна. Има добре обособен детски кът.

Препоръката ми е да се направи подбор относно посетителите на хотела, тъй като имаше много роми(нямам нищо против тях, но тяхното поведение и държание беше под всякаква критика, плашеха с поведението си малките деца). Температура на външния басейн беше ниска и по тази причина е и неизползваем.

The staff were, on the whole, very helpful, although it took some time to get the jacuzzi sorted out. Radoslav was cool. Nikol was great.

The information on the website made me think there was a private pool in the Gracia suite, but this actually referred to the jacuzzi.

The building is old and depreciated,dirty and expensive for the services they offer, the lifeguard on the beach is cynical and arrogant, the staff only care about the tip.I had expectations but was disappointed.

The SPA is small. The pool didn't meet our expectations. The Sauna was not as hot, as should be. The Steambath was under construction. Breakfast was relatively good. The room was nice, but not very clean, the spare sheets in the wardrobe were used! Bathroom a little worn.

The hotel doesn't meet 5 star expectations. It needs some renovation throughout. The cold outside pool was also a disappointment.

Style of the hotel and spa facilities! Delicious food at restaurant!
