Pool was good

Seemed to be run by inexperienced staff. upon arrival I couldn’t get in the gates, after repeated calls I finally got in after a 10 minute wait. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, however, after showing a photo of the previous Hotel’s fare the staff did make me bacon and egg, which I appreciated and thank them for. For the area it was quite expensive and didn’t stack up against the opposition. I think it didn’t live up to what it suggested it was!

Bedroom very cold and noisy from other rooms breakfast on last day No No Good

Very spacious and looked rich.

Saw Free Breakfast included but when reserving didn't see I had to pay more for it. Rooms are at patio level so have to keep curtains closed to be not seen. Pillows too big. Soccer ball size would be an exaggeration but hindered comfort level.

The place and location was amazing and the staff at reception had great hospitality.

The breakfast wasn’t bad, but could’ve been better. Not a lot of variety and the staff serving were clearly understaffed which resulted in rudeness due to stress. Quite bad organization. They weren’t pleasant and it almost felt awkward to ask them for another serving because they were intimidating.

The hotel is located in a very nice parc! We had a room just next to the pool whose schedules are flexible. Very clean and modern bathrooms with a huge shower

Bedrooms are really spacious, comfy big beds and very comfy pillows, big bathroom and amazimg power shower, the pool is fantastic, the tennis court is in really good nick and a great addition to the hotel, the grounds are lovely with mountain views to the north and birdsong around, safe gated parking, staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast had decent variety. It is a pleasant 25-30min walk to the beach or a 2min drive via quiet roads (we had no issues with free parking near the beach). I would recommend to any brits to not be put off coming to Portugal. Once you are here everything is great.

The only thing I can of is that because of covid the breakfast buffet was not self serve but this isn't really a negative because it is just an extra safety precaution.

The place was amazing. Very clean, nice staff, typical algarve architecture.

A lovely room with beautiful view on the swimming pool. Thank you to the staff who knew how to listen and pampering. I recommend this place :)

Everything. So attentive, beautiful gardens, away from the crowds, lovely positive service, breakfast. In the room, clean. Perfect for people like us working during covid time but a lovely location at any time

The pillows but it's just a small detail that did not keep me awake. The staff were lovely, the bed comfortable, the place gorgeous, the price tiny for what was provided. It's Covid times but they really kept services up. So no negatives really
