Very nice but breakfast card was not picked up on both mornings an had to ring reception.

The room I was given had no phone or remote control for TV 2nd room had no milk or heat

Staff were so helpful & friendly.

My room was next to a corridor leading down to a function room- very noisy & had to listen to a couple fighting!! Rang reception & they had a word with them!

It was clean and cozy. The hotel and room were nice and modern, better than many 4* hotels I visited.

I got forgotten in the bar during dinner and no one was coming to take my order or to collect the plates or to offer dessert… I had to go and find someone myself. Staff were nice and polite but looked very busy. Maybe there was some staff missing… I don’t know. Similar story during breakfast. I showed up and there was no one to direct me… didn’t know if I can seat anywhere or some particular table. didn’t know if I should go help myself or waiter will come… also very poor choice for someone who’s not a fan of Irish breakfast… to sum up the dining during my stay was the only thing that was quite poor. I hope management can work on that because I feel like coming back but not really eating in there…

reasonable price with breakfast included, comfortable bed and big room.

room wasn’t modern, wood chipped in bathroom wall beside bed covered in holes. Top of TV has never been cleaned (covered of dust) toilet seat stain also no toilet brush provided. No bar staff long wait, part of the breakfast was cold.

Some of the staff in the evening were very miserable the menu want restaurant quality like pub grub where we sat wasn't up to restaurant quality have stayed elsewhere better menu better staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and food was delicious. When I asked for number for local doctor they were very helpful and looked up number for me.

We liked everything about our stay,have nothing bad to say.

Not enough toiletries for 2 people, Hot buffet breakfast not hot, waitress got it reheated for me, clearly by mircowave Hotel staff helping themselces to breakfast items during breakfast time, it looks unprofessional. Very basic food choice at breakfast
