The host was terrific, and the location was an easy walk to town. We enjoyed our breakfast and our rooms were very comfortable.

We missed having a movie channel, but everything else was excellent. We would return.

Our room was quite small but had all the comforts we needed. The decor was relaxed and comfortable.

Great hospitality, beautiful, clean room, and modern amenities. Our breakfast was delicious, with many options from yogurt and fruit to pastries, to the full Irish breakfast. Our hosts, Caroline and Bob, were super helpful with restaurant suggestions and practical advice for the area.

When we arrived our host Rob greeted us and took our bags to our room. The room was very tastefully decorated. IThe bathroom had a great shower and lovely lotions to use. The TV had local channels and Netflix. Id never felt such soft white towels and robes before.The B&B was exceptionally clean. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. There was a coffee machine in the breakfast room which we could use anytime. I loved the hot chocolate at night. Parking was available and free. Carravogue is within walking distance to the town and Trim castle . It was my husband’s birthday and Rob brought out a cake with candles lit on it . Nice touch. Thanks Rob

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful couldn’t have been nicer and even dropped us to the bus station the next day as we had to get the bus home

It was great being able to leave the car parked at Caravogue house and walk into Trim (10 minutes.) We really enjoyed this portion of the trip as it was a great hopping off point to visit both Trim castle and the Stone Age sites of the Boyne Valley. Room was peaceful and beautifully decorated. All amenities were modern.

We could have stayed much longer but had to go. We had accommodation booked elsewhere not realising there is so much to see in the area.

Very pleasant stay. Beautiful breakfast. Owners and staff very pleasant. Coffee machine and water available in dining area at all times.

There was parking on site. It was easy to find, and easy to check in. The host was friendly and gave us good tips. We were able to use the dining room facilities and help ourselves to self-serve breakfast. The cereals, toast, cheese, ham, fruit and jams were more than enough for us.

Robert and Caroline were both very nice hosts. They were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight but it was manageable. Robert provided suggestions for dinner which were helpful. The Trim Castle is pretty interesting so don't skip it and take the tour. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices including a full Irish breakfast if you wanted. There was a Nespresso machine and hot water kettle in the room which we appreciated. Parking was on the premises. It is a short drive into Trim.
