Fantastic surprise, the hotel has everything one would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Rooms, restaurants, breakfast, facilities, and of course, the main attraction during the winter season is the spa, with a big applause for the massage center. A big applause even for the Crama Restaurant's chef and service. Definitely, the best place un the proximity of Bucharest

We stayed only for 1 night while on transit so the location was convenient. Room was clean.

- Restaurant was closed at 20:30 with no warning on webpage. - Room service was only available only after the receptionist called and asked for a “favor” and only for “easy to prepare” meals. - No other meal options were available at the hotel or nearby. - Breakfast started at 9 which is ridiculous for any decent hotel. - No water was available on premises except from the mini bar.

the room had a very unpleasant smell, it was cold and the heating system was not working yet, the bathroom was not clean, there were spiders and dust.

The restaurant was very good. They have a very good chef The Ponton where the meals are served is a wonderful location

The accommodation was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful. You get easy access to the spa area which we have enjoyed a lot. The service was also nice.

The restaurant is overpriced for the food served. Neither myself or my husband enjoyed the dish ordered and when you pay a lot of money for something which doesn’t taste right it’s even more disappointing. The breakfast was alright. You don’t get a lot of variety but the food was tasty. Nevertheless my rating is for the accommodation which I have enjoyed.
