Although the location is far from the center, it suited our desire to walk in the area. Nice breakfast.

They just paved the road in front of the hotel which was a slight inconvenience.

The room was big and very comfortable for a family. The balcony was great for relaxing with a cup of coffee.

The help in the morning at breakfast were so nice, accommodating, really happy to help. Breakfast was nice. The room was big and realy nice The view from the room was fantastic

When we were there, the water in the hotel and all down the street didn't work. That meant we couldn't wash our hands or face in the morning, couldn't shower of course, couldn't brush our teeth or flush the toilet. The staff was nice and gave us a pitcher of water, but a pitcher of water is not really what you would expect. We understood the staff was miserable as well. Operating the villa without water is of course nearly impossible for them as well. I told the manager that I think we shouldn't pay full price and got yelled at. He demanded that we leave the property. I have never been treated that way in my life and it was very sad, the rest of the staff was really lovely

We really liked the big room, the view from the balcony and the staff. The breakfast was very good as well.

The only thing to mention is the lack of the minbar in the room which seems to be a necessary accessory of a 5-star accommodation. However, you can get water and drinks from the bar downstairs.

quiet area of Sinaia, no traffic around the villa, not far away from city centre -15~20 mins by foot. the location was ready for winter holidays. lobby area was comfy, breakfast was all you need in the morning.

the room 401 ( last level) didn’t had a sun shade on the velux window and it was annoying in the morning as all the light was coming in the room. had to use air conditioning to heat the room, even the thermostat was in the room, the heaters were always cold.
