The property is absolutely beautiful - a very picturesque Tuscany experience. The pool and rooms were great and the restaurant was delicious. Great breakfast included and they also offer wine tastings which was lovely.
I asked a few questions via email in advance and didn't receive responses from the staff which was a bit frustrating, but once on the property they were great!

The property is stunning, from the grounds to the restaurant to the well appointed rooms. The views of the rolling hills are picturesque. It’s hard to believe you’re less than 30 minutes from Florence.
Our check-in and checkout experiences were not what we expected for a property of this caliber. We were not made to feel welcome upon arrival. Claudia was condescending and we were not provided with a welcome package. At checkout she neglected to ask for the key. We discovered it when we were about 20 minutes away from the property and headed back to return it. The rest of the team were exceptional.

Great breakfast that I looked forward to every morning. Room was large. Bathroom was nice. Cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking space. Great location in small city with good local and less touristy food.
Air conditioning would get cold, but would be turned off every day during room service and it took a while to cook it down at night when we came back to sleep. Maybe if we said something that may have kept it on.

The place its lovely, rooms are big and offer good facilities. Pool and parking.
Breakfast included is a la carte, but some options are subject to extra tax ( like omelette).
Although not a high price, but for the price of the room it’s expected that breakfast will be fully included.

Nice pool area
There where ants in my bed and they where all over me. Since ants are ants, you can not just flick them off and then they are gone. They will continue to come back until they are extinguished. Out of 4 nights in the hotel, I got perhaps 1½ night of sleep.
We did talk to the reception about the problem, and the service personel did try different things, without luck.
But hey, we got compensated with two Aperol Spritz :-/

The property is very beautiful and fascinating.
Perfect Tuscan retreat.
Please check before ordering a meal at the
restaurant 😅 the portions are super small!
However the food is delicious so no complaints.

This place was stunning . we had been sight seeing in Pisa and Florence then chose this place to chill . it was perfect . excellent service from all the staff from start to finish . we had the villa with pool and the family suite both accommodations were beautiful ate at the restaurant the food was high quality . will definitely be back . would recommend to family and friends .

Nice hotel placed in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. We were made very welcome. The Italians have yet to grasp the concept of English tea but were happy to supply a kettle and teabags! Some issues with our shower were swiftly put right. Special mention for Sophia who definitely went the extra mile for us!
The furniture was quaint and in keeping with the character of the rooms. We did notice that there was a lack of storage space, no drawers and only a small wardrobe. Not a problem for us as we were not staying very long but could be an issue for long stay guests.

The overall place was lovely set in a beautiful location. The pool area was excellent and the restaurant in the evening were accommodating with dietary requests.
We were put in a small impractical room. Other people we knew staying at the same time had booked a little later than us and had superior rooms and paid less than us which was disappointing. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom, which meant only one person could get ready at a time. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. A very small cupboard was the only the place to unpack anything so we had to largely live out of the suitcases.

Rooms were great, location in Tuscany away from Florence allowing us to travel through the country, yet not far from Florence allowing us to visit this great city as well.
Dog barking at night - The relais is a dog friendly location, and there was a dog that barked most of the night the two nights we stayed.
The restaurant is good but overrated in our opinion.
Therefore, overall we thought although a great and beautiful place, welcoming staff, still overpriced overall.

Absolutely beautiful property. Clean & comfortably luxurious. Everyone was kind and helpful. The food was delicious!
I loved everything! We went on a wine tasting on the property, it was both educational & tasty! I just wish they still had cooking classes that I had seen mentioned in one of the reviews.

The property and location are very nice. We had a junior suite which was just perfect for us. Very clean, great pool and wonderful views.
The breakfast could be improved. We stayed there for 5 days and having the same things everyday was not what I have expected from such a nice property.

Location, scenary and comfort beds. Wine lab testing was amazing with Selena.
Room was not cleaned properly. Staff at the reception was not helpful at all. We asked few times to.assist with bookings of the tickets amd were told to call the tickets office. Too much staff at the restorant but not all of them arw pleasant. Breakfast doesnt have too much choices..Pool is small. If you plan to relax is not a place as it is overcrowded with screaming kids.
