Nice pool area

There where ants in my bed and they where all over me. Since ants are ants, you can not just flick them off and then they are gone. They will continue to come back until they are extinguished. Out of 4 nights in the hotel, I got perhaps 1½ night of sleep. We did talk to the reception about the problem, and the service personel did try different things, without luck. But hey, we got compensated with two Aperol Spritz :-/

The property is very beautiful and fascinating. Perfect Tuscan retreat.

Please check before ordering a meal at the restaurant 😅 the portions are super small! However the food is delicious so no complaints.

The location was wonderful and the staff was great. The restaurant had a great menu and the drinks there were wonderful.

Quite expensive

This place was stunning . we had been sight seeing in Pisa and Florence then chose this place to chill . it was perfect . excellent service from all the staff from start to finish . we had the villa with pool and the family suite both accommodations were beautiful ate at the restaurant the food was high quality . will definitely be back . would recommend to family and friends .

Nothing! Our stay was amazing!

Nice hotel placed in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. We were made very welcome. The Italians have yet to grasp the concept of English tea but were happy to supply a kettle and teabags! Some issues with our shower were swiftly put right. Special mention for Sophia who definitely went the extra mile for us!

The furniture was quaint and in keeping with the character of the rooms. We did notice that there was a lack of storage space, no drawers and only a small wardrobe. Not a problem for us as we were not staying very long but could be an issue for long stay guests.

The overall place was lovely set in a beautiful location. The pool area was excellent and the restaurant in the evening were accommodating with dietary requests.

We were put in a small impractical room. Other people we knew staying at the same time had booked a little later than us and had superior rooms and paid less than us which was disappointing. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom, which meant only one person could get ready at a time. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. A very small cupboard was the only the place to unpack anything so we had to largely live out of the suitcases.

Rooms were great, location in Tuscany away from Florence allowing us to travel through the country, yet not far from Florence allowing us to visit this great city as well.

Dog barking at night - The relais is a dog friendly location, and there was a dog that barked most of the night the two nights we stayed. The restaurant is good but overrated in our opinion. Therefore, overall we thought although a great and beautiful place, welcoming staff, still overpriced overall.

Absolutely beautiful property. Clean & comfortably luxurious. Everyone was kind and helpful. The food was delicious!

I loved everything! We went on a wine tasting on the property, it was both educational & tasty! I just wish they still had cooking classes that I had seen mentioned in one of the reviews.

The property and location are very nice. We had a junior suite which was just perfect for us. Very clean, great pool and wonderful views.

The breakfast could be improved. We stayed there for 5 days and having the same things everyday was not what I have expected from such a nice property.
