Hotel in good location for why we were there, with its own little car park. Very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable and good amenities.

It is a modern well maintained hotel within convenient walking distance to the railway station, outlet mall, Steam museum and town centre. The room had good facilities and was very clean and comfortable.

We had a corner room which had a slightly quirky shape and was a little smaller than some of the other rooms, but it was fine for our four-day stay.

Clean, staff were friendly, room was very spacious. Worth the money spent.

We got lost trying to look for the hotel parking, it would be lovely if they could put up a visible sign that says “Leonardo Hotel Parking”

The hotel is well central easy accessible. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel is stunning and clean. One of the best I’ve stayed in.

It’s in a good location, the bed was really comfortable, cheap parking, the bar area looked nice but didn’t use it. Most of the staff are friendly enough. Quick check in and they let us check in a little bit early with no charge.

Given the location, I don’t think they should charge for parking, even though it was only £6. The chair in our room had suspicious stains on it so we couldn’t use it. There was mould in the corners of the shower. Shower was very small but water pressure was good. The doors are locked after hours, so if going out at night you have to wait for the receptionist to let you in, meaning you could be waiting a while since there only seems to be one staff on shift at night.

1. Signage for reception pointing in completely the wrong direction. Told reception staff- they admitted they knew about it but claimed not their remit! Disgraceful attitude! 2. Had reserved a twin room - received confirmation of a "double / single" as this was a requested change - explanation given. Arrived to find a double bed! How many times and how many people need to be told of requirements before it is correct?! 3. Making a change to the original booking was a nightmare. No-one would answer the phone at the property. Had to revert back to booking.com. Their attitude was 'oh we cant make a change until we speak to the property! 4. Customer focus non existent

Everything about the hotel was beautiful and friendly. staff was exceptionally supportive. The menu food was a little expensive but very tasty. Food was also served hot, breakfast is good value for money, thankyou

The room was better than expected, and the restaurant inside the hotel was pretty good and serving food late at night. The staff at the desk was very helpful in solving an issue with some room neighbours who were behaving badly in the middle of the night, and they even offered me late check-out and a complimentary drink for the problem.

I had some issues with some problematic room neighbours during the night, but the staff handled it properly.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room nice and warm despite the freezing temperature outside

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong for me. The toilet roll holder broke, the telephone didn't work and the hairdryer didn't work. I had to got to reception with dripping hair to get a replacement (see phone didn't work). The housekeeping people did not clean my room - I didn't mind that, but there was no milk for my coffee the next day so I had to chase them down to get some.

Very sub standard for executive room, electrical appliances not tested. Bath very slippy for over shower. Online check out did not work.

The property is fine, although the on site parking isn’t made clear in the hotel details, it alludes to the fact that you are to use a multi storey nearby… on site is so much more appealing… especially when a 24hr stay at the multi storey is £45

The noise of the traffic

Noise early coming from the bathroom like a pipe noise, but I didn't open any tab.

the hotel could send a message and inform about the closed way in front of the hotel. we had a lot of difficulty in finding the way to hotel.

Conveniently located for work and the station. Staff were polite, friendly and responsive - I was very impressed. Room was clean and very comfortable.

asked for quiet room due to light sleeper & got put below the plant room on my 1st night. I was moved to another room on day two. Couldn’t get a coffee at the bar after 21:50 even though bar was shutting at 23:30.
