Such a lovely place to stay. Very clean. We had the family room with terrace and travelled with my partner and our 2 children (4 yrs & 22 months). The room was perfect. A cot was made available. The large terrace was fab with a super view. We had breakfast too which had scrambled eggs and bacon buffet style. You could soft boil an egg if you wanted. There were hard boiled eggs available. Then everything else was typical continental with pastries, breads, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fruit salad etc. We are definitely going back next year. The staff were also all very lovely

The hotel accepts late comers for check in up to 2400hrs (Midnight). A great bonus
4.1
The location next to the beach and the proximity to a great selection of restaurants in the picturesque setting of the Marina.
At €185,- without breakfast too expensive for a three star hotel. The room was tiny. Impossible to open two suitcases without falling over each other. The overall decor of the hotel looked tired and needs a big makeover. Only one tiny lift which at the peak hours in the morning means you have long waiting times allowing others already using the lift to continue as you won't fit. Especially with suitcases. No carpark facility either. Overall too expensive for what was offered.

Lovely clean modern room a little on the s mall size and no drawers at all only a shelf in a small wardrobe. Could do with bedside tables that had drawer spaces in them those designed were just a top and side legs. We stayed for 6 days and it was a perfect location to walk to the pretty harbour for dinner etc or across the road to a huge sandy beach the evening sunset and cleanliness was very good. Or exploring the coastline this hotel was easy access to the area. It was also very peaceful yet near to the town in fact walking distance. There was no noise and free on street parking most times outside. We had a really lovely time and the staff were so nice on hand at all time. The room was kept really clean and serviced
Drawer space there was none so our clothes were always in a muddle or hard to find on a top shelf. Small clothing items got mixed up. Lefts were slow and tiny. We booked and paid ahead of arrival. But my daughter’s credit card company was not accepted by the hotel which was embarrassing. We thought we had lost our booking so had to pay again on arrival. Not good to worry unnecessarily.

Across from the beach. Good breakfast choice.
Toilet was separate from wash hand basin. Not hygienic, had to go through 2 doors the bedroom and shower room door to get to it.

The property had great views of the sea and was easy to get to by car. The room was air conditioned - a must for how hot it was! - and also we really liked the 24 hr reception that was in place.
The room overall was clean, the bed was comfortable and despite our room being next to the elevator we did not hear any noises or struggle fo sleep.
The property is advertised as having free parking. It does not directly have free parking but rather there is free parking in its vicinity. This was fine for us as we went in late august and so there was not a ton of competition for parking but in peak season this may be more challenging.
The toilet room was VERY small/cramped. I am a reasonably sized person (5’5) and my knees touched the wall when sat down. This was ok for the 2 days we stayed but any longer wouldn’t have suited us.

Location is great for a seaside hotel, just across the road from the beach. It's a typical chain hotel so not really much to say, bed was a little small but expected. If staying longer it would have been nice to have space for a largish case, we were walking around it.
We didn't think ahead and stayed here on a national holiday. I spent over half an hour looking for parking after I'd dropped my husband and luggage at the hotel. This was exceptional we were told by hotel staff. I found parking at the cinema around 1.5km away. OK if you're fit. The bonus was the firework display. Will plan better next time!

The location of the hotel was fantastic.
The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. On arrival we were barked at by both the receptionist and the cleaning staff saying that the rooms wouldn't be ready until after 3pm. We knew this and had only wanted to use the bathroom facilities in the hotel and leave our bags after our long and hot journey. We were allowed to do this however it required appeasing the staff and we were ushered out immediately. At check-out, we were again barked at by receptionist demanding who was to pay the city tax. There seems to be a lack of training on how to speak to guests (no language barrier here, we are a bilingual French family and my French father was with us). It seems further staff training on how to treat and speak to guests is needed. When arriving for a long-awaited holiday, a basic level of customer service is both appreciated and expected.
The parking facilities did not match what was advertised. The 'free public car park' was constantly full, with zero reserved spaces for guests. There was a loading bay outside the hotel with a parking cone on it so we could not even stop off to drop in our bags outside the hotel, meaning we had to park far away and carry our luggage along by hand. No attempt from hotel staff to even offer some tips with regards to parking - they did not see it as their problem. On the morning of the first day of our holiday, we had to get up early to retrieve the car from where we had had to park it and move it to a closer space which luckily had freed up. I understand that this is a busy sought after car park but it is not ideal and added hassle to us as guests.
The rooms were relatively clean but I had to remove a large layer of dust from the tissue box in the bathroom on arrival, remove black hairs from sliding bathroom door and also found a thankfully unchewed piece of chewing gum on the floor by the desk which was not ours.
The mattress on our bed was quite hard and the pillows were lumpy.
