The location was lovely near the beach.

The restaurant meals was overpriced for standard mediocre dishes. The staff were nice but took a long time to serve all our dishes and forgot our desserts. Almost an hour wait.

Great breakfast and good sized rooms.

Not sure why we were out on the 1st floor when the hotel clearly wasn’t full and floors 2 and 3 had better views

I left a pair of earrings behind and emailed the hôtel. The hôtel téléphoned me and confirmed the earrings had been found and that the hôtel would send them to me.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Room, view, breakfast was excellent.

We would have preferred more choice of food on evening dinner menu. What we had though was excellent.

I had been told by your company that the spa was closed ….COVID ..only able to get two bookings it was in fact open but booked up. Staff generally ok not particularly helpful or friendly except for Margot in the restaurant and Marlene gave the Japanese massage very well.

The staff except the receptionist were not very nice. Language was a big problem, but no one wanted to help. In the restaurant there was no English menu and no one would try to help in translation. Very expensive too. Will not be going back.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The infinity pool and the restaurant meals made us certain that we were getting our money's worth and made our trip extra special.

My husband is a musician and we agreed that their should have been better quality music piped in. Our thoughts are very specific and is small in comparison to all the wonderful aspects. However it would be nice if they spent a few extra dollars for quality music and not generic remakes of really great songs. Originals are always best.
