The staff attended promptly to a slight water leak and our special request for a ground floor room was met.
The TV was a bit small.

Excellent value for price. Those who have stayed in this know that this is a formula hotel chain - small rooms, even smaller bathroom - it is a basic room for a night's sleep while traveling. Once you know what is it; then it is all good. Rating it high because of that.
Small rooms, a bit cramped - but again as long you know what you are expecting - it is fine.

The room was full of mold and cobwebs. 1 of the receptionist was was noisy up in my buisness.

Accessible rooms, very clean, but smaller than others in this hotel chain. Secure parking easy and convenient. I didn't make use of any other facilities.
Walls between rooms very thin. Guests in the next room were up screaming, crying, shouting, banging on the walls most of the night so no sleep for me. Not the hotel's fault, but I probably wouldn't stay there again as the room was very cramped, the shower wouldn't fit anyone larger than me in it. Put that with the other problems and i had a very bad experience.

The location is very easy to reach by public transport. They gave us a bedroom facing the park. It was simple, clean and comfortable. The space isn't huge but just enough! The people working were very kind and helpful in different ways.

The bed was dirty and there was a lot of hair under the sheet, on the floor all cigarette burns, also in the bathroom

Good location en route back home, walking distance from restaurants.
The need to separately state age and adult status on booking, leading to a tedious bilingual discussion of adult status in every sphere except tax. I can't change the age of my children, so obviously just change the tick box for child or adult and charge me accordingly.
Breakfast has been better previous years.

It’s a motel and not a hotel which is not stated on the site. The actual place does not look like the photos here. it’s very tiny and more like a motel or a caravan. The beds are ok but the rooms and the place is not very clean.

You pretty.well know what to expect from Premiere Classe rooms. This one was quite standard (basic facilities but clean and warm) - maybe a little on the small side, cheap and adequate for a one night stopover on a long drive.
The bathroom area was tiny and there was only a small gap between the end of the bed and the wall - literally you need to turn sideways to walk past the end of the bed. Also, because the room was so small, there was no bedside table on one side of the bed and the bathroom door opened directly.onto the bed.
