A l'arrivée j'apprends que ma résa pour une chambre confort avec terrasse et vue sur montagne ne peut être satisfaite car pas de terrasse. Les infos booking seraient erronées. Devant mon mécontentement accord pour que je passe d'une chambre vue sur boulevard très passant à une autre vue sur parking arrière avec montagne au fond. Commentaires très désobligeants sur le site booking.com... Au départ cafouillages entre mon paiement et celui du site

Did not appreciate staff walking into the room in the morning telling me I shouldn't be there. We checked in the previous day. I'm disabled and was resting after a long day travelling the day before. My husband was out cycling L'Etape du tour and she kept telling me to go to reception, I showed her our booking and it still wasn't good enough. She then saw the room key and she had got the wrong room and just walked out. Glad we were checking out the next morning will never stay again. Also the air conditioning only comes on at night and was useless.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the security around the hotel was very good, with the car park locked at night.

The staff were first class, very helpful, I had a lovely view of the mountains from my room.
