Saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und Geschäftskunden in Chemnitz schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und mängelfrei. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.
Das Zimmer war direkt zu einer stark befahrenen Straße hin. Der Lärm war so stark, dass man nachts das Fenster nicht auflassen konnte.

Die Lage ist gut
Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr auf Stand der Zeit, alles altbacken.
Vollgestopftes Zimmer (Doppelzimmer gebucht, Zimmer mit einem dritten Bett bekommen).
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber 08/15..
Alternative zur normalen Milch, Hafermilch oder laktosefreie Milch, nur auf aktive Nachfrage.

Clean room and bathroom. Staff very friendly. The most important for me was that I was able to stay with my dog.

the property is fine but the receptionist tried to scam us, it was partly our fault coz a booked the other date, but we were right in front of him explaining the situation and everything. clearly they had available rooms when we arrived but he didn’t want to change the booking unless we gave him a 25 euros bribe

Good location for road trips. Polite receptionist.
Highly outdated. Needs modern renovations asap. Sink in the room and not in the bathroom is really strange, uncomfortable and unhygienic because underneath the sink is carpet.

There room had no fridge and the hotel staff did have a common one for us to use (eve though I saw some guest to bring plastic bags earlier). Even hostel provide fridges to the guests!

Window towards the big road, however, the window kept noise to a minimum. However, the ventilation wasn't up to the task to keep fresh air coming in.

We hade reserved romm for 2 but the bed was made for 1 person. Towel for 1 person as well. Had to ask at reception to get second blanket.

Had a very friendly conversation with one of the staff when I was leaving, talked about travel etc
I tried phoning to say I would be late and the lady on reception could not speak English, my German is OK but after just a day in Germany it was still rusty. The reception was manned 24hrs anyway so I did not need to call.

The room was clean and comfortable for sleeping and resting. The staff was also very friendly :)
I reserved the room for two people, and it was prepared for one guest. We only had one single blanket which makes sleeping uncomfortable and one towel.

Location was good, easy to get off the highway. It was very clean and stuff was friendly.
Unfortunately water was just lukewarm, we were offered a different room but it was too much trouble to switch with a baby, so cannot tell if it’s a problem in all hotel or we were just unlucky with the room.
Window let a bit of draught in the room.
