Das Zimmer war ok, die Betten auch in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Lage war top! Man ist in etwa 15 Minuten am Jungfernstieg.

Die Lautstärke, die Fenster sind nicht isoliert. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster hat es gezogen und war extrem laut. Das Bad ist sehr beengt - nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst.

Exceptional. check in was easy. parking was great. room was amazing. so large. the children had their own room with door. there was a large fridge in the room which was fantastic. Tea and coffee making facilities and two bottle of sparkling water. bed was comfortable. Two pillows for each person. Rey close to the U-Bahn which was so easy to get into the main part of Hamburg. Trains run every few minutes.

no lift to the fourth floor, but this was no problem for us. No restaurant in the evenings. this would have made the stay a little better, but there are a few options nearby so it was okay.

The hotel is very close to the metro station (2-3 min walk) and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly

Everything was fine! The comunication was perfect.

Next time I will reserve another side for room. Not the view at the street. it was a bit loud.

I was expecting a 3 star hotel, however, it’s was more like a motel experience from check-in til check-out. We were so disappointed when we saw the room, as it was not at all anything like the pictures on the website. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming or service-minded either, which did not add to the entire experience.

I was told about the very nice breakfast and serving times and encouraged to dine in. The way I was told it sounded inclusive for the room Price. Given the price of your hotel, it would make sense that it would have breakfast. The breakfast was very large and nice but had I known the price I would have dined somewhere else. No where in the hotel did it state the breakfast price and I feel a bit cheated. The person working our check out in the mornin seemed almost pleased to charge me this money upon my checkout. I have to say given everything this way very annoying. I also booked with a sight and normally breakfast is an option I can choose before so that I can just check out and leave. This surprise was not welcomed in the least. I was forced to take almost 15 minutes to check out with an unwelcoming attitude. Please change this as I can’t recommend your hotel because of this service.

The personnel was friendly. The location is ok too, very close to u bahn, lidl, penny and rewe within walking distance.

The room was extremely hot. I was in hotels without air conditioner at similar time of the year and it was never so hot. And you can't really open the windows even the sun goes down because wasps live in the window constructions. Maybe the hotel could attach a net on the windows from wasps, it costs 1 euro. Or buy portable air conditioners which you use inside your room, these are very cheap too, but probably the owners are very poor people and cannot afford any of that.
