Starting by the front desk, The receptionist was angry because I booked using (booking.com) and getting cheaper rate. Literally he told ( Next time we will not accept booking too late with such fees !!!). As if there could be a next time. Got into my room, dirty like hell, smelly, I tried to lie in bed, I felt crawling around my legs & under my back, to find out bed bugs allover. I literally stayed up all till morning, because of the smell, dirty & stinky bedsheets and the bed bugs. It is not worthy as free, maybe I will recommend to you, if you were given 200 AED in your pocket to stay a night there again. Tip: come with your Piff Paff, bedsheet, blanket and a book or fully charged device to spend your night.
